Wenn ich etwas wissen möchte, antwortet sie mir immer schnell, auch wenn ich längst zu Hause bin. Der Arzt, der mich operiert hat, war sehr kompetent, und die Schwestern waren alle sehr nett.

Outstanding Experience – Truly 10/10! I recently had my first-stage dental implant surgery in Antalya, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my initial enquiry right through to post-op care, everything was smooth and well-organised. The entire team anticipated my needs and made me feel supported every step of the way. The hotel accommodation was lovely, although a bit far from the clinic, it wasn’t a major issue at all. A special thanks to my coordinator, Burcu, who was absolutely amazing. Although my treatment plan changed (which also affected the cost), she took the time to explain everything clearly, liaised with the team on my behalf, and reached a fair agreement. Despite her busy schedule, she truly went the extra mile for me, and I deeply appreciate it. Aziz was also incredible, he looked after me with genuine care, even staying with me after my surgery finished late to make sure I was okay. He even helped me get dinner, which wasn’t part of his job, but he did it out of kindness. It meant a lot. A big shout-out to my amazing chauffeurs, Galip and Ahmed, who were always on time, communicative, and extremely professional. They made the logistics seamless and stress-free. Although I didn’t get to meet Tuhanan, my remote coordinator, in person, he was fantastic, quick to respond, very understanding, and patient with all my many questions and requests. Thank you for your support and diligence! Lastly, the Private Erdem Özdemir Clinic where I had my surgery was excellent. The staff were professional, the treatment was clearly explained, and expectations were well-managed. The implant surgeon and dentist were highly skilled, and I felt I was in very capable hands. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and team for anyone considering dental treatment abroad. Truly a 10/10 experience!

I used this surgery to have Top Surgery (double mastectomy with plastics) This clinic was amazing from start to finish, I can’t fault them in the slightest. I had full support before I even flew out. Then was waited on hand and foot from start to finish every day I was there. The hospital was so accommodating and couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel they provided for me was nothing but perfect to recover in.

I travelled from Australia to Turkey to have my procedures. From first contact with Ebru to the initial consultation then further on to the aftercare, cannot be faulted. Amazing 24/7 communication and support as needed was provided with a professional interpreter (Kaan) upon every consultation. Kaan was also on call for Support if needed. My whole experience was trouble and worry-free as it was all planned out by the team, who both Ebru and Kaan kept me well informed. Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was nervous having surgery in another country but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses were lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything. Alle offenen Fragen wurden jederzeit geklärt, das Ergebnis ist viel besser als ich es mir jemals vorgestellt habe. Vorort habe ich mit anderen Patienten gesprochen, die sich bereits mehrmals dort operiert haben und sehr zufrieden sind, was ich definitiv unterschreiben kann. Ich kann’s jedem nur ans Herz legen. The communication from making initial enquiries to the aftercare has been excellent and very accommodating for my hair transplant. I have especially found Sanem and Dr Baytekin very friendly and informative and made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my procedure. The clinic was very clean and immaculate.
