Everyone went out of their way to make me feel looked after, from the first consultation through to aftercare — kind, attentive, and reassuring at every turn. What really stood out was the transparency: everything was included, with no hidden costs cropping up along the way. The accommodation was lovely, and transfers were smooth and efficient, which made the whole trip stress-free. I'd happily recommend Dr. Atsal to anyone considering this procedure, and I'd return without hesitation in the future.

I had my breast augmentation with Dr Murat Sarici in September last year, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was so well organised. My first experience with any surgery, so I was super nervous, especially going to a foreign country, and it all felt a little too good to be true when comparing the treatment to the UK! Nihal made it super easy by arranging everything and also stayed with me for the majority of the time. I love how she even held my hand during surgery, always smiling and joking, taking the edge off! I will be recommending for sure! Dr Dervis is so lovely also and easy to chat to, clever man indeed! They even did a couple of treatments on top for no extra cost, so I felt spoilt. In May 2026, I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Piniara and buccal fat removal with Dr. Velimvasakis at Antiagers and I had a wonderful experience as well as fantastic results. I can confirm that they are both incredible physicians, surgeons, and artists. From the very first consultation till the last follow-up appointment, they were professional, welcoming, and great at communicating and answering all my concerns. I felt comfortable going into surgery from both a medical/safety as well as an aesthetic standpoint. I wanted a more defined facial appearance while still looking natural, and my results exceeded my expectations. Before surgery, I had breathing problems from my left nostril due to a deviated septum, enlarged turbinate, and unsupported tip, and all the issues were addressed during surgery. Within two weeks postop I was able to breathe better through my left nostril than before surgery. Furthermore, my nose looks much more balanced with my face, and the buccal fat removal gave my jawline and cheek area a sharper, more masculine definition without looking excessive. Although recovery can vary widely among patients, mine was fortunately much easier than I expected, and the clinic staff and physicians were always available to answer my questions and check on my progress. The professionalism, attention to detail, and care I received throughout the journey were outstanding. If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results.
