While the treatment was a bit more expensive than other clinics, the service and care I received were truly outstanding and well worth it. From start to finish, the team made my welfare and comfort their top priority — and what stood out the most was how genuine and heartfelt their care was. The whole team feels like a family, and you become a part of it. I’m incredibly grateful for the entire experience.

I went to Dr. Cinik's clinic for a rhinoplasty. I was very pleased with the service. The doctor was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had dental work completed by Catchlife. It was an impulsive moment from me, I went from thinking about it for a long time, saw a friend who had work done by Catchlife. I was so impressed I was booking myself on the same day. Andreas was a pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions, believe me, there were a lot, he was absolutely fantastic, I felt in safe hands with him and the team. I had a consultation following my X-rays and went for 24 zirconium crowns. I was prepared in one day and sent away with temporary crowns that very day. My new crowns were chosen, I took advice for my colour, size and shape from my dentist, they were manufactured, and a test fitting three days later, then fitted. I am so happy with the results and the aftercare package. Can’t thank Andreas enough, everyone in the clinic were so nice and friendly, I would highly recommend Catchlife, above and beyond. I flew from the UK to have rhinoplasty with Dr Sema Cok. My coordinator Aslihan was extremely kind, patient and helpful from the very beginning, answering all and any questions I had about the procedure or my stay. The drivers were there to pick us up promptly and were very kind enough to carry our luggage for us when needed. On the day of my operation, all of my tests were done properly and efficiently. My doctor was extremely sweet and very reassuring, I emphasised on wanting a natural nose shape and she did exactly that, I couldn't be happier with my results. There was a staff called Eren who was very friendly and helped translate the conversation between the doctor smoothly. I had no worries :) The operation went very smoothly, my one night stay at the hospital was amazing, the hospital staff took care of me and also kindly provided a bed for my mother who was staying with me. After, I stayed at a 5 star hotel which had everything included and allowed me to rest and recover swiftly. On the day of my cast removal, the doctor answered any questions I had and I am so extremely happy with my results, I have absolutely no regrets and I'm even more happy and satisfied with my experience at NewMe Clinic and would recommend to everyone. Unfortunately, I had some issues at the airport where I was denied sitting on my plane back home but this was entirely the airlines fault, even still, Aslihan helped me although it was late at night and helped us find a hotel and transport to stay in Turkey for two more days, she was extremely helpful and patient with us and without her we probably would not have been able to fly back home so soon. I would 100% recommend NewMe Health Clinic to anyone considering, everyone associated is very kind and helpful and will do their best to make you feel welcome and at ease :)

Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was nervous having surgery in another country but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses were lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything. A couple of my friends are even thinking to book after seeing my results. Thank you so much!

had surgery in 2022 my surgeon Dr. Bahadir Celik was so lovely and had a mommy makeover the whole experience was brilliantly well looked after. I'm now here again to see him again I trust him completely the staff are lovely. My whole experience is 10 out of 10 even down to Mel who talks and sorts everything out for u on WhatsApp lovely people.

Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
