I came all the way from the US. I had a facelift, neck lift, and temporal lift, and later added lip fillers. I’m extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making the stay really pleasant. The transfer service was excellent, always on time and hassle-free. Special thanks to my coordinator, Emine. She always supports me, and she is always with me. I am very happy with the result, so far. I will update here over time. My friends and family also fell in love with the result and new me.

I have had the best services in this hospital. As a foreigner, I do not know the Turkish Language but a lady, Azra, from the hospital staff not only helped us in translation with the doctor and other staff but also guided us on every stage. I am really thankful to Miss Azra for her great support. The hospital is very neat and clean. All staff members are very humble and cooperative.

I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

Very caring and professional I had a labioplasty two weeks ago, and from the very first consultation, I had a very good feeling. Both the expertise and excellent reputation of the clinic, as well as the care provided by Dr Beatriz Ruiz de Gauna Vives, gave me a great sense of confidence. I especially appreciated the full support throughout the entire process from the patient coordinator, Kristina. I never experienced a service like that before, and now I wish it existed in every clinic. I never felt alone, and my nervousness was significantly reduced thanks to the warm and friendly conversations with her. It felt as if a friend was accompanying me. Even after the procedure, I stayed in close contact with her, and she helped me with all the organisational things. A very valuable help in a clinic where the doctors of course, are mostly occupied with a lot of patients all the time. I am now two weeks into the recovery phase and have not experienced any complications. The contact with both the doctor and the coordinator is always available whenever I need it, which makes me feel very safe. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fully evaluate the final result for a few more months, but from what I can see so far, I am very satisfied and would choose Clínica Planas again at any time.

I had a cyst removed from my scalp in April 2023. Dr Deepak Rallan was brilliant. Very caring and explained every step as he done it. A very knowledgeable and thorough person. He made me feel at ease from the start. All his staff were brilliant too. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since it was removed and had stitches removed this week. All healed up with no problems. 2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I travelled to Kuşadası with Elite Med Clinic for a breast uplift and implant change on 5th January 2026. I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was. She was in constant contact before I travelled, during my stay (at any hour), and continued to check in on me once I was back home recovering. That level of dedication and compassion is rare, and it made all the difference to my confidence and peace of mind. Choosing Elite Med Clinic was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Without a doubt, I will 100% be returning to them for any future procedures. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

It was my first time visiting the skin-hub a couple of weeks ago for removal of blood spots & a couple of moles. I was very happy with my overall experience. I had a thorough consultation prior to treatment & was made to feel at ease as initially anxious about the treatment, there was absolutely no need for me to feel anxious as the treatment was painless and completed very quickly, no need for injections, dressings or stitches.
