I went to the Vanity Clinic for a neck lift and eye lift. I am so happy with both the results and my experience at the Clinic. The Clinic's Team was very communicative and answered all of our questions before we travelled. Upon arrival, we were picked up, and everything was taken care of. The surgeon, Dr. Çağatay Öner, answered all of my questions and took his time explaining options with me. His work is also amazing! I am so happy with my results. In addition, we had a consistent point of contact, Murat, who was always there in person or available by text to work with us. Murat provided vital support for us as both a translator and general fixer throughout the process. If, like me, you are American, you should know that unlike in America, not everything out out-patient. When you turn up for your procedure, bring everything you need for a few days! I was a little nervous going for a complicated procedure where I don't know the language. The entire staff was so accommodating, and I appreciate them working with me. The hotel had 24-hour nurse staffing, and that provided additional comfort. The care was excellent. Also, Istanbul is beautiful, and you cannot find bad food there. My only regret is not booking extra time to be a tourist.

My first experience with any surgery, so I was super nervous, especially going to a foreign country, and it all felt a little too good to be true when comparing the treatment to the UK! Nihal made it super easy by arranging everything and also stayed with me for the majority of the time. I love how she even held my hand during surgery, always smiling and joking, taking the edge off! I will be recommending for sure! Dr Dervis is so lovely also and easy to chat to, clever man indeed! They even did a couple of treatments on top for no extra cost, so I felt spoilt. Any inquiries I've had, they have been very helpful. I recently had a surgery done at the clinic with Mr. Vadodaria. Him and his staff were amazing, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wishing to have a procedure done. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

Visited the Clinic and had a mole removal treatment. The receptionist and doctor seen were professional and polite, and I had the receptionist present as a translator for clarity on consultation. Great value for money, I would recommend Clinica Mejorate
