I would like to Thank You So Much for everything, to the Global Health and BookingSurgery. My coordinator was amazing and answered all questions and doubts, the support was incredible. Because even though my surgery is done, she made herself available if I need any support. I had such an amazing experience during my stay in the Optimed International Çorlu Hastanesi. I had Dr Ali Tardu as my surgeon and he was amazing, very attentive, and checked on me regularly. I can say that I had fun during my stay. All the staff that worked on the 6th floor, Nurses and Housekeepers that were in contact were amazing, friendly, kind, caring and patient. It felt like home. The only "negative" thing was with the kitchen staff from the hospital, not negative but they were not prepared for people with gluten intolerant and vegan. That was mentioned in advance before I booked the surgery and when I arrived at the hospital. With me it was not a big problem because I was not eating but my friend is gluten intolerant and they kept giving her food with gluten, I mentioned it to the staff and they gave her an alternative but not much. The other negative thing was that they did not understand one of my allergies, I mentioned to my coordinator that I have allergies to latex before I booked the surgery and I also mentioned in the hospital when I arrived, but kept using latex gloves during all stay, the only time that did not used was during the surgery because I see them with the latex free gloves and they kept saying no latex.

From my first contact with Jacob, everything was explained clearly, including communication and setting realistic expectations. I booked my flight and provided a copy so they could arrange my pickup, which went smoothly as well. Upon arrival, I was taken directly to the hospital, where I stayed for 4 days before moving to a hotel for two. They took photos, conducted blood tests, an ECG, and other necessary preparations. Although my surgery took a bit longer than expected, I was able to communicate with home via WhatsApp in the evenings. My room was very clean with its own bathroom, and the staff were all awesome. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they promptly tried to fix it, and I managed by leaving the door and window open. I underwent arm lift surgery and saddle liposuction because I didn't want bra bulges. I chose this clinic because they suggested addressing my arms first due to my lymphedema issues, which was reassuring compared to horror stories I've heard where clinics agree to everything without caution. I received good pain relief, food, bottled water, and juice cartons. The value was good, and I had plenty of check-ups. The night before my departure, I received a prescription, conveniently located a few doors down, and was taken to the airport the next morning. The hotel was fine, and I even managed a trip to the nearby mall by taxi, which was relaxing. When I inquired about having my legs done, they advised waiting 8 to 10 months, which was sensible. Adele provided aftercare instructions, including when to remove dressings, and assured me of their availability for any needs. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. I plan to return for further treatment.

I decided to have a face and neck lift at CatchLife as I was starting to get deep lines on my face and a really bad turkey neck. It’s now just over 2 weeks since I had the surgery and I can definitely see the difference due to my lovely Dr Celik. I’m still swollen but I’m definitely on the road to recovery. The wonderful lady called Veronica who was with me every step of the way was amazing and couldn’t do enough for me. She was on call 24/7. A nurse came to my hotel every day to clean my wounds (except Sundays) and to ask if I needed anything. I had my under-eye surgery with Dr. Afet Oncel. She removed my bags under both eyes. It was a local anaesthesia and took 1 hours all together. The healing took about 1 week and completely healed in 2 months with almost no scars. Amazing! As someone who is young to have under-eye bags, it is transformational considering the results of it and the effort & time I put into it. Dr Afet is very easy to talk and she explained the potential options for me to choose and based on her recommendation I went to the slightly easy method of removing the under-eye bags. I am very happy with the results and guidance Dr. Afet has provided.

This has been my second time booking with FlyHealth and I cannot fault them. Booking was really easy and I have been given updates all the way. I was picked up from the airport and brought to my hotel. Having had time on my first day I could explore the hotel, so I knew where I would spend my time recovering. The assistant has been great, just as expected and solved everything from getting tests organised to getting me into my hospital bedroom. The hospital staff has been ever so helpful and supportive, just like I experienced before. Then I spent many days in the hotel to recover and had constant contact with the assistant, who was feeding back to the clinic. They even arranged an extra visit after I expressed some concerns in recovery, which made me feel so at ease. Even once I returned back home, I had constant contact with the aftercare team to advise what to do and not to do and help me through my struggles at home. Honestly cannot fault anything and would highly recommend booking with FlyHealth, it makes the whole process so much easier.

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

Had my mommy makeover 3 months ago with Dr. Suleyman and honestly... so happy I did it. I was super nervous before coming but he and his team were lovely. They were always available even after surgery to answer my questions. My tummy looks flatter and my breasts are actually lifted now. Still a bit swollen but already feel better in my body. I travelled alone from the UK, to have my operation on 5 June 2024. I was scheduled to have a long-awaited breast reduction and a TT with 360 lipo. However Dr Houtan was wonderful, he decided after seeing me in person and due to the additional weight I’d lost since my consultation, that I would be better suited with a 360 TT and a breast reduction. He discussed all the options and made sure I was happy with the decision to go ahead. I had about 15lbs of skin removed and couldn’t be happier with changes. It was a big change going from 34GG to a 32C/D and it was an emotional journey as well as a physical one, but the NewMe team were wonderful and supportive and Eren was so helpful, making himself available to answer all of my questions. The aftercare was excellent, I was checked by Dr Houtan everyday until I was discharged - I had a bag of aftercare products including oral antibiotics, antibiotic spray and cream, steroid-infused silicone tape (to use at 4wk PO) and compression garments to aid recovery. On the 4th day PO I was discharged and taken to the 5* Porto Bello hotel and spa. The hotel was beautiful and in an ideal location. I had an enormous corner deluxe room on the first floor with dual aspects overlooking the pool, entrainment area, the sea and the play area. The hotel staff were attentive and used to dealing with PO patients, the food at the hotel is varied and well done, I would definitely recommend. As a mum of 3, when I got home, I overdid it and some of the stitches along my old C-section line opened up. Eren and Irmak were brilliant once again, my photos were referred them back to Dr Houtan, and together they reassured me that no permanent damage had been done and advised accordingly. It’s been great having the team to consult with, that peace of mind has been invaluable. I am now 6 weeks PO and my healing is coming along lovely. The stitching is so neat, Dr Houtan does excellent scar work, the incisions on my breast are almost invisible already. I still have some swelling under my armpits but Dr Houtan and the team assured me that it’s normal and it will eventually all settle down, with time. Everything bar the flights were catered for, by the NewMe team. I flew with Tui and had assisted travel on the way home (I would recommend doing this too) I have already recommended some of my friends to the team and look forward to seeing their journey with NewMe.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I came to Dr Yigit from the USA with a rather large organised hematoma on my hip. I was so impressed with the skill set of Dr Yigit and the value for the procedure I needed to resolve my issue. From the moment I contacted the office I was advised by Isik the most lovely and supportive assistant who guided me through the whole process starting in the USA via what's ap with all my questions. To Turkiye where Isik was right there with me guiding me and helping with my transportation, prescriptions, and MRI, anything and everything. She was so helpful and I fell in love with her warmth and kindness, especially after surgery and recovery. Holding my hand and feeding me warm delicious soup. Dr Yigit is a very skilled and knowledgeable doctor. He had his hands full with my issue. There was no easy way around an almost 1.5 lb lump in the size and shape of a nerf football on my hip from a scooter accident I had almost 2 years prior. Dr Yigit was very confident and made me feel safe. I am so impressed with the skill he used as I have an almost 12-inch scar that you can barely see. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have chosen this clinic. From first contact, everyone I came in contact with was happy, loving kind and supportive. I highly recommend this clinic, Dr Yigit and staff.

I had a hair transplant performed. The clinic was very clean, the staff were excellent and very professional. I was put at ease by Dr. Baytekin who talked me through every step of the procedure and aftercare. Even after I left Turkey, Sanem was always available to answer any questions I had.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

30/UK/Breast lift After wanting a breast lift (without implants) due to weight loss finding the right surgeon was top priority. I spent a long time researching and having consultations with other surgeons but as soon as I spoke to Dr Karantonis on the phone all of my worries went away. I felt really confident that he was the right choice. I went into the surgery with realistic expectations and what I left with was so much better than what I thought was possible. I’m so happy with the results! It’s made the world of difference. Throughout the process Dr Karantonis was reassuring, knowledgeable and had a calming presence. After the surgery he checked in with me often and was there if I had any questions. I can only my speak for myself but I experienced minimal discomfort.
