To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing similar assistance.

I’m much more confident about it and the scarring has improved massively also recommended supplements which have helped calm my skin down. Can’t recommend highly enough. My skincare regime was pretty basic but now I’ve introduced a calming serum and changed my cleanser it’s seemed to have been less of an irritant and it feels calmer. I’m planning on having a peel just to improve the scarring further and the doctor told me to prep my face first which I’ve been doing. I was really nervous initially and the whole team was so friendly. Thank you.
