I had my surgery booked in last week (20 May), booked our flight, checked us in, and we wanted extra luggage, and they also arranged this for us. Nothing was too much, even with my incessant messaging with my many questions. On arrival, I was nervous as our flight got in at 1 am their time, but we followed the instructions and a driver was waiting for us with my name on the board. We were then driven to our hotel. The whole experience was such a smooth transition throughout a nerve-wracking process. I had a gastric sleeve, and in 5 days I had lost 12lb! I'm so pleased!!! The nurses were hot on making sure I had a constant source of fluids in my IV and painkillers. I would recommend using Google Translate as it makes communicating easier and quicker. My hospital room was big, it had 2 beds, a TV with Netflix, and a lovely en suite. I recommend that when you have had your sleeve, keep walking and walking, it really does help. I'm 1 week post op, and I am back to doing everything I was before I left, minus eating. The surgery was a non-invasive keyhole, and I'm so pleased that I can get back to normal.

I flew out from Newcastle on April 22nd, 2026, for my surgery on the 23rd, and the entire process was flawless from start to finish.

Efficiency & Logistics
The communication with the team was outstanding. Within just five minutes of paying my deposit, they had already organised and sent over my airline tickets. Upon arrival, I was met by a professional driver who confirmed all my details before transporting me to the hospital in a high-end, 5-star minivan.

The Hospital Stay
The transition into the hospital was incredibly smooth. I was taken straight to my room to get settled, where I met with Nart. He was brilliant—he walked me through the paperwork, explained the entire procedure in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable. I had my initial tests on Wednesday night, followed by a final round on Thursday morning, with plenty of time to relax in my room before heading down for surgery.

Recovery & Aftercare
Recovery was a breeze thanks to the attentive nursing staff. They checked in on me every few hours, ensuring my pain medication was always topped up and that I was comfortable.
When it was time to leave, the door-to-door service continued. I was picked up and driven back to the airport, fully equipped with a recovery bag containing all the necessary protein powders and supplements for my journey home.

Final Thoughts
Since returning home, the support hasn't stopped. I’ve been in regular contact with Nart regarding any minor concerns, and he has provided a wealth of nutritional advice to ensure this journey is a long-term success.

From start to finish, they helped me sort everything very smoothly and were available to chat with when I had any problems or concerns. From landing in Antalya, they were 100% on everything, and all the staff were lovely and looked after me very well before and after my surgery. Nartozn is very good, he helps with interpretation and sorts everything out and makes sure you have everything you need, and nothing is too much. He also gives lots of good advice. The surgeon was lovely and made you feel at ease when he came round to see and check on you. My overall experience was great, and so glad I had it done every was amazing.

To start, this company is very helpful & knowledgeable about the procedure I went for, which was a gastric sleeve. I contacted got the information I needed, and with a deposit, they booked flights for me & my husband. I received the booking. Information within minutes. The day arrives, I head to the airport & arrive at Antalya airport to be met by a lovely gentleman who took us to our own private transfer. This was about 10 pm. We then got taken to the hospital & I was met by Nart, who was lovely. He took us up to my room, where I signed forms, was given many tests, and provided with a last meal ( my husband was fed 3 times a day). Had a shower and settled down for the night. The next morning, I was taken for some more tests & given the go-ahead. Approx 9:30 am, I was taken down to the operating theatre. The next thing I remember was waking up in my room. The nursing staff are wonderful & friendly. I was checked on constantly to be told all was good.
Approx 4 hours after the op, I was on my feet & walking about. Then it was time to return home. Can not recommend this company enough!

I recently travelled to Antalya for Gastric sleeve surgery with Bridge Health Travel. From the initial enquiries to booking and completing surgery, the whole process was nothing short of amazing service. There was no pressure to book, and all my questions were answered truthfully. I just came back from my bariatric operation. It went well, the staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and very nice, all doctors and nurses are very helpful, and if you have any questions, they will explain everything to you. After care is great, they even took us for a short trip to the seaside. On discharge, we were provided with a month's supply of protein vitamins and other medicines.
Service is on the top level.
Fully recommend, they booked me a flight ticket, VIP limousine transfer from and to the airport, and top doctors who perform the operation on me.

Absolutely brilliant, right from initial contact, they were more than helpful, no hounding for a booking like others. They fitted the procedure in around my schedule and at short notice (about 2 weeks). They booked my flights with a small deposit and sent the details straight away.

On arrival in Antalya, I was greeted by a very happy driver and taken to the luxury transport and driven to the hospital, where I was met at the steps and booked in.
Within the hour (this was around 11 pm), I'd filled in all the paperwork and had my first tests. I was then left to get freshened up in the more than adequate on-suite in the hospital room.
Day 2 saw me being escorted to the majority of the tests in the morning, with great translations provided, then at around 3 pm, I went for surgery. Between the morning and afternoon, I was visited by Bridge's personal assistant, who explained everything and answered every question I had. This is the first time I'd ever been in a hospital, let alone having surgery and honestly, because of all the support, I was not worried or anxious.

After the operation, the first person I met was the personal assistant, who again couldn't do enough for me as I was immobile. Right through the night, I was visited by the hospital staff at regular intervals to change out my IV bags and monitor my vitals.

On day 3, I was up with the assistance of the nurses and walking around, again, tests at regular intervals and got used to hearing the phrase "all good... bye" from them. The drain was removed after a successful blue water test, and I was allowed to shower again. In the evening, I was given chicken broth, apple juice and water... boy was this welcomed. Again, through the night I was tested "all good... bye"

Day 4 was going home day, I actually cried when I was writing a message on the WhatsApp group thanking everyone for the way they'd looked after me (I'm a 51-year-old bloke with normally no emotions). At 11:15, I stepped outside the hospital with the assistant and chatted about general stuff till my transport arrived, no handshake on departure... a proper Turkish goodbye as I was told: "this is how friends do it". It was then off to the airport. Even when I arrived home and after being fined for baggage allowance, Bridge took care of the payment for me.

I can't comment on comparisons with other medical service providers, all I can say is you will not be disappointed if you choose Bridge Health Travel to book your treatment with... and you'll get involved in a massive WhatsApp support group full. of those who have had and are contemplating treatment
