Was a nervous wreck, but the bridge coordinator was amazing. Brilliant English completely put my mind at ease. You're filled with so much information from the lovely merve the dietician. So glad I did it; they are that good. I’m going back in 3 months to get my teeth done with them :)

So, from booking with Aycan back in May, I have had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I am so pleased I chose this hospital and wouldn’t have wanted to be at any other facility. The knowledge I’ve received has been second to none. From getting off the plane, being collected in their VIP Taxi Bus, the nurses couldn’t do any more for you whilst there. Everyone was absolutely phenomenal. If I need any other treatment, I will be back. The full hospital staff, from the doctors who give you all your testing to the unbelievable Surgeon. I can not recommend this hospital enough. I couldn’t actually believe the care I received. After the surgery, the Surgeon was around to see me at least twice a day. Just so caring. Even the aftercare- they don’t ever make you feel like you’re ’nagging ‘ them when you need to check something if you’re not sure. 5star treatment ❤️

I had my operation at the beginning of July. The whole process was very smooth. Without the company constantly trying to sign you up. Put into a private WhatsApp group with people who were going to have the sleeve, already had it done, or were simply asking for help and advice before getting it done. Everything was included in the agreed price. Went to Antalya at 11 pm, picked up in a posh taxi and taken to the hospital. Nice, clean room. Got some sleep, ready for the next day, when Nart took me for all tests. Signed paperwork. Everyone was lovely. A small language barrier, but it was solvable. Adequate pain relief. Meds and help during and after the op. Post op help still ongoing. Would definitely recommend this company and the great staff

Bridge Health Travel. A fantastic experience from the very beginning when I had a look at one of their online pages and they asked me if I wanted to join their what’s app group ( whereas all the other companies I looked at just kept asking for a deposit for surgery, bridge health left this to me to ask after being in the what’s app group for a few weeks) to see other people’s real experiences, to coming over to my hotel to chat with me before I left.

From start to finish, I found the quality and care better than I have had in the UK for other operations over the years. I’m definitely an advocate of this company.

⭐ Hospital Review — My Experience I recently stayed at this hospital for surgery, and I wanted to share my honest experience — the good, the funny, and the bits that nearly had me crying into my drip stand. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I landed at 3 am and by 8 am they had me through every test imaginable — heart checks, X‑rays, blood tests, dietary, anaesthetic, surgeon consultations. Efficient doesn’t even cover it. My surgeon and the team were brilliant. Surgery took around two hours, recovery was smooth, and I felt well looked after throughout. A special shout‑out to Nart, who kept me entertained with history lessons and made the whole process feel less daunting. There were a few comedy moments — like my drain being pulled out by accident and my buzzer not working, leaving me nearly wetting the bed while I dragged my drip stand across the room like a wounded giraffe. But even then, the nurses were quick to help once they realised. They work incredibly hard.

Amazing from start to finish. It was easygoing all the way. Nart was amazing; the team were amazing no real issues. Op went well. Surgeon and team explained everything. Would recommend them to anyone. Flights were fine.

I had my surgery booked in last week (20 May), booked our flight, checked us in, and we wanted extra luggage, and they also arranged this for us. Nothing was too much, even with my incessant messaging with my many questions. On arrival, I was nervous as our flight got in at 1 am their time, but we followed the instructions and a driver was waiting for us with my name on the board. We were then driven to our hotel. The whole experience was such a smooth transition throughout a nerve-wracking process. I had a gastric sleeve, and in 5 days I had lost 12lb! I'm so pleased!!! The nurses were hot on making sure I had a constant source of fluids in my IV and painkillers. I would recommend using Google Translate as it makes communicating easier and quicker. My hospital room was big, it had 2 beds, a TV with Netflix, and a lovely en suite. I recommend that when you have had your sleeve, keep walking and walking, it really does help. I'm 1 week post op, and I am back to doing everything I was before I left, minus eating. The surgery was a non-invasive keyhole, and I'm so pleased that I can get back to normal.

Communication was simple as most speak good English and are very understanding, the room was as you would expect from a hospital, very clean and everything you need. I flew out from Newcastle on April 22nd, 2026, for my surgery on the 23rd, and the entire process was flawless from start to finish.

Efficiency & Logistics
The communication with the team was outstanding. Within just five minutes of paying my deposit, they had already organised and sent over my airline tickets. Upon arrival, I was met by a professional driver who confirmed all my details before transporting me to the hospital in a high-end, 5-star minivan.

The Hospital Stay
The transition into the hospital was incredibly smooth. I was taken straight to my room to get settled, where I met with Nart. He was brilliant—he walked me through the paperwork, explained the entire procedure in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable. I had my initial tests on Wednesday night, followed by a final round on Thursday morning, with plenty of time to relax in my room before heading down for surgery.

Recovery & Aftercare
Recovery was a breeze thanks to the attentive nursing staff. They checked in on me every few hours, ensuring my pain medication was always topped up and that I was comfortable.
When it was time to leave, the door-to-door service continued. I was picked up and driven back to the airport, fully equipped with a recovery bag containing all the necessary protein powders and supplements for my journey home.

Final Thoughts
Since returning home, the support hasn't stopped. I’ve been in regular contact with Nart regarding any minor concerns, and he has provided a wealth of nutritional advice to ensure this journey is a long-term success.

From start to finish, they helped me sort everything very smoothly and were available to chat with when I had any problems or concerns. From landing in Antalya, they were 100% on everything, and all the staff were lovely and looked after me very well before and after my surgery. Nartozn is very good, he helps with interpretation and sorts everything out and makes sure you have everything you need, and nothing is too much. He also gives lots of good advice. The surgeon was lovely and made you feel at ease when he came round to see and check on you. My overall experience was great, and so glad I had it done every was amazing.

To start, this company is very helpful & knowledgeable about the procedure I went for, which was a gastric sleeve. I contacted got the information I needed, and with a deposit, they booked flights for me & my husband. I received the booking. Information within minutes. The day arrives, I head to the airport & arrive at Antalya airport to be met by a lovely gentleman who took us to our own private transfer. This was about 10 pm. We then got taken to the hospital & I was met by Nart, who was lovely. He took us up to my room, where I signed forms, was given many tests, and provided with a last meal ( my husband was fed 3 times a day). Had a shower and settled down for the night. The next morning, I was taken for some more tests & given the go-ahead. Approx 9:30 am, I was taken down to the operating theatre. The next thing I remember was waking up in my room. The nursing staff are wonderful & friendly. I was checked on constantly to be told all was good.
Approx 4 hours after the op, I was on my feet & walking about. Then it was time to return home. Can not recommend this company enough!
