Transport to and from airport, hotel and clinic was always on time. Yavuz kept me up to date with all of my appointments and checked in regularly while healing. Dr Giray Genc did an amazing job with my previously broken nose! Now I have a perfect straight nose and hump removed. Couldn’t be happier! Already planning a trip back!! 🇦🇺

I booked last minute after researching a lot of places and Melanie from the very start was very approachable and reassuring and very quick to respond to my questions. I felt at ease and supported the whole way through the procedures and post surgery.

I had a rhinoplasty on 6 September 2022. So far I have no regrets, the result looks great. The staff is very friendly and responsive to e-mails, questions, phone calls ... The postoperative care was great, everything was provided without having to do any extra work, allowing me to focus on recovering. Overall this has been a great experience.

If you are looking for a genuine review from a first-time rhinoplasty patient from the UK then here it is. If you don’t have time to read this then just know that you are looking at the right clinic and don’t hesitate to book in with them, everything was phenomenal. As you may know, if you start searching for rhinoplasty and surgeons then you suddenly get bombarded with quotes and information on email, phone and WhatsApp. I spent a long time filtering through, interacting with the businesses and seemingly landed on my feet with Dr Gorkem Atsal. My primary focus was on finding the right surgeon with a wealth of experience, backed up by customer reviews and feedback online. Then I was thinking about the cost along with the “package” offered. Dr Gorkem is extremely well qualified as you’ll notice from a quick Google search. I tested some of this information for its validity and then did some further research on any legal complaints against him but it was all valid and clean. Looking at his experience as an ENT specialist, I knew he was the right surgeon to fix my breathing issues while reshaping my nose. I opted for the surgery + travel package, not accommodation (as I was staying with a friend locally) however, two other patients said how great the hotel and facilities were. The price I paid for this was competitive in the market but not so much to the point that I wondered why it was so cheap. The travel logistics were easy and the vehicle and driver were top quality. The hospital is a general hospital, very clean and used for many things. The nurses were very attentive throughout the night. I had a big, clean and private room. I felt safe and clean throughout. The food was not good though so I’d suggest bringing a couple of bits of fruit as a backup. The staff are incredible. They keep in constant communication, respond quickly to questions and concerns and help me throughout. On first impressions, they were all very young and I was a bit concerned however, once you meet the doctor and his assistants, you are put at ease. The doctor understood what I wanted, made recommendations and got to work right away. They captured pictures for me to see and made sure I understood the aftercare properly. From what I’ve seen so far, I am very happy with the results. It will be another few months until I see the full results but for now, I believe he has done a perfect job. All in all, I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Dr Gorkem Atsal and his team. Thank you!

I had my gastric sleeve on 19/02/24. From the very start, I was talking to Alexandra about my questions. No matter what time of day or what question I asked she was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Arriving in Antalya I met my coordinator and translator Efe. Words can't describe how amazing Efe is. He truly made this such a wonderful experience. He's so kind, gentle, knowledgeable and so lovely to be around. His English is fantastic. I brought my mum with me and she loved Efe just as much as me. He made us feel like we had met a friend. Wonderful at his job. He made sure we knew what was happening and when. He set all expectations of what was happening. He made time to get to know us as people. Me and my mum were quite emotional leaving Efe when we flew home, he felt like such a wonderful friend we didn’t want to leave him. My surgeon Dr Erdem Can was also fantastic! I saw him as we first arrived in the hospital and he came over to me straight away to introduce himself. He is a lovely man who’s extremely talented at his job. The surgery was perfect and I’m not a week post-op and feeling great. He checked on me multiple times a day and always spoke to me when he saw me walking around. Truly a lovely kind man. The hospital was amazing. So clean, and all the staff had lovely bedside manners. you could tell how much they cared for you. I couldn’t have picked a better, safer place to have my surgery. I would recommend clinics United, Efe, Dr Erdam Can and ASV Yaşam Hospital to anyone. I truly don’t think I would have received this high level of care in the UK. I’ve recently returned from Turkey, Antalya with a full set of crowns. I absolutely recommend catchlife. From the moment I contacted them last year until after I returned home has been outstanding. Communication from the start has been excellent. Always reassuring me throughout. The dentists were excellent and give me exactly what I wanted. Comparing to the UK, the price, experience and outcome was so much better. Better than I even expected. I was kept informed all the way through. Even my last day when I messaged to ask for a final check with the dentist I was immediately booked in and the car was there to pick me up. Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I saw Dr. Emre a couple of weeks ago and highly recommend the Hospital. His assistant got me in very quickly and the doctor identified my problem, recommended treatment, and wrote prescriptions the same day. The doctor and his assistant both spoke excellent English and were very kind and accommodating.

I was a little bit nervous, but the patient coordinator helped me a lot and solved all my questions. Now, 2 months later, I have a perfect nouse and I love it so much! I recommend this center. He is a very good professional and he cares a lot about his patients.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Safa Manav is extremely detail-oriented and has a beautiful surgical technique. I am so pleased with his work. In addition, Dr. Manav’s surgical assistant was excellent and both she and Dr. Manav were so kind and responsive to my needs before, during, and after surgery. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!
