We had been trying for 5 years and tried the UK system first and felt like a chicken in a farm. It was very impersonal and commoditised. We wanted a bit more care and attention and as my wife is Greek so via whatclinic we reached out to Ioannis and what a revelation. We had his personal email and phone contact and maintained a regular ongoing dialog. We actually had someone to work with to discuss and find a solution as opposed to just selling us a package. Even though we were in the UK and Ioannis in Greece it was very easy to keep in touch and it was a partnership to achieve our goal, and not just a transaction. We had easter, summer and winter for our trips and IVF rounds, and on this front, the UK would have been easier, but Ioannis went above and beyond each time to try to find solutions that worked for us. We now have 2 beautiful babies (twins) and we can't thank Ioannis enough. Even if our latest attempt didn't work, we felt in safe hands with Ioannis and confident that he would support us every inch of the way to find a solution. You need trust and a true partnership during these stressful times and we couldn't have asked for more.

From start to finish, Dr. Asim, patient coordinator Busra, and the entire staff at Time Travel took care of my every need with incredible results! Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Had a circumcision yesterday (age 57), and was back today for a control visit. Although early days, all is well and have every confidence of a good result. The team at Alara were all very professional and courteous and cannot fault the service.

I have chosen to have my 2 surgeries with Ephesus Marine and have no regrets! I had a mummy makeover in 2022 and then had breast implants in 2024. I documented my experience on Instagram ‘lsplastix’. For my first surgery, I went on my own and was well looked after by Tolga who had me a smoothie waiting after surgery he even helped me to drink it and made sure I was eating protein-rich foods to aid my recovery. I was also taken great shopping and I got some good bargains! Second surgery I had Luna and Gunes taking care of me and they were also fantastic and very genuine caring people. Everything I needed was given to me and all I had to do was book and get on my flight! The surgeon I had was Dr Mustafa and I could tell he cared about me and recommended what was best for me. I visited Dr Osadowska clinic for liposuction, two weeks ago, my first visit to Poland. My experience with the clinic and Dr Osadowska was excellent, she was patient and answered all my question, she also asked me what my expectation was, to check they were realistic. Everybody working at the clinic was very professional and nice, especially Arthur the patient coordinator, who is a credit to the clinic. Arthur answered all my questions and concerns prior to my visit and explained the procedure to me. I was very impressed with his level of communication, nothing was too much trouble for him. He also arranged my accommodation and transport, and medical checks on my arrival. I was very impressed on the day of my procedure to see that the clinic had all the latest equipment, very clean and well presented. The treatment from start to finish was excellent, I am very happy with the outcome, it can only get better with time.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.
