Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.

I chose this clinic for my family. One of my brothers had hair transplantation, and it has been 9 months, and the result is obviously outstanding. Well, well, where do I start? I’m speechless. I’m one of those old-school thinkers who believed you only get treatment where you live, but 1000% — that thought of mine was wrong, especially now being in Turkey, Izmir, and having treatment in this clinic. I was definitely blown away. The service, the care in hospital, during and after the surgery — I don’t have words to explain. It was sooooooo amazing. I had a few nurses taking care of me, which I’ve never experienced in the UK — ever. I’m a mother and have even been in a UK private hospital once, but it was nowhere near the treatment I got here. I was extremely lucky to have two people beside me almost 90% of the time: Ebrew and Kaan, the young fellow. I just feel like I made a new family there, rather than just receiving medical care. These two people reached out to care for me beyond their jobs. I have a few people lined up, and hopefully we’ll be back in the same clinic again — but this time, it’ll be my sister’s journey. I absolutely, blindly trust the doctor, the caregivers, and, amazingly, Ebrew and Kaan. Forever in my heart. 💕

Great hospital. I had a full face and neck lift with upper and lower eyelids. Also, my coordinator was really good too. My surgeon, Dr Beste Kara, was absolutely amazing. She’s the best surgeon. Being a lady made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended. Both were very welcoming and explained my op, what she would be doing. Great hospital. 👍👍👍🩷🩷

I had eyelid surgery to correct a drooping eyelid. I could not fault the experience in any way. The consultation was clear, and the actual surgery was as explained. The follow-up calls and responses were almost immediate. Pleased with the result. Finally, the translator was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending.

This is a year down the line as life got in the way but I have to say my experience with the clinic was amazing. I had a thread lift, eyelid surgery and lipo to my stomach,sides and back as well as my double chin. From my initial enquiry right through to my visit I couldn’t fault them in any way. Artur was my guardian angel the whole way through. They were very careful to manage my expectations too. The clinic was spotless and the staff were lovely. Don’t worry about the language barrier either. I stayed overnight in the clinic with a nurse due to the amount of work I’d had done and was really well looked after. The eyelid and lipo was sore for a week or so after but manageable. I found the thread lift the most painful during recovery but was delighted with the results of that and my eyelids. The lipo was good and I’d have liked more taken away but to be honest, if it had been possible to do so safely they would have. My eyelid stitches were removed by the nurse at my gp surgery. I had no stitches with the lipo. I was given clear instructions for my aftercare at home too. All in all I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. A year down the line I’m still thrilled with my eyes and thread lift. It was subtle but effective which is what I wanted. I’ve put back on some of the weight I lost from the lipo but I expected this as for health reasons I can’t exercise and take a lot of medication. I’m still far better than I was before I had it tho. All in all a very very positive experience and I highly recommend them
