From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.

The best decision of my life. I have been preparing for plastic surgery for a long time and I am very happy I chose this clinic. From the first minute, the service was first class. My manager, who helped me throughout the whole trip, was very sincere and friendly. Even though I had a problem with a rescheduled flight and I was afraid that the surgery would be cancelled, the clinic managed to handle it perfectly.
