I cannot recommend Dr. Caner and his team highly enough. After damaging my nose in a car accident in the U.K., I felt let down by the local health services. Extensive research into rhinoplasty options abroad led me to Dr. Caner, and I’m glad I chose him for the procedure. From the start, Ebru, my coordinator, was exceptional. She guided me through the entire process, answering all my questions thoroughly and accurately. The package exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I was picked up at the airport in a comfortable limousine and taken directly to the Vanity Hospital in Istanbul, which felt more like a five-star hotel than a hospital. The next morning, Dr. Caner came to discuss my expectations, and his perfect English made communication easy. Ebru was always present for further clarification when needed, and her English was excellent. The surgery went smoothly, and I returned to my room afterwards. The nursing staff were caring and attentive, checking on me regularly throughout the night to change my IV painkillers and antibiotics. Twenty-four hours later, Emrah, another team member, chauffeured me to Dr. Caner's clinic and then to my hotel. The hotel was lovely—quiet, clean, with friendly staff and a high-quality open buffet breakfast. Post-surgery, I stayed in regular contact with Ebru, sending photos twice daily for Dr. Caner to monitor my recovery. On the final day, Emrah collected me again for a follow-up with Dr. Caner, who confirmed that everything was healing well and that I was fit to fly back to the U.K. Nine days after the surgery, I am already delighted with my new nose and look forward to seeing the final results once the bruising fully subsides. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Caner and his team—Ebru and Emrah—for their exceptional care and support throughout this journey. The whole package was truly outstanding.

I recently travelled to Istanbul for Gynecomastia surgery with Vanity Cosmetic Surgery, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The Pre-Op Support (Sefa) From the very beginning, my sales consultant, Sefa, was incredible. He was available within minutes for any question I had, which was so reassuring before I even left home. He was incredibly punctual with information, ensuring I had everything I needed to feel prepared and safe before my flight. Arrival and Facilities The logistics were seamless. The airport transfers to the clinic and hotel were on time. The clinic itself is extremely clean, quiet, and modern. Despite there being about 15 other patients in the facility, the layout is designed for maximum privacy; I didn’t see anyone else the evening before or the day of my surgery. It felt like a private experience. Surgeon and Nursing Staff My surgeon was Dr. Selami Serhat Sirvan, who was professional, kind, and very approachable. I felt I was in safe hands from our first meeting. The nursing care was equally impressive—I felt like I had 3–5 nurses looking after me at any given time. Even with a minor language barrier, they were so kind and used translation apps to ensure we communicated perfectly. On-Site Coordination (Gozel) Once in Istanbul, Gozel was my main contact. Like Sefa, she was always available, caring, and professional. Whether in person or via WhatsApp during my recovery, she never made me feel like a "number." No question was too small for her, and her kindness made a vulnerable time much easier. The Results The surgery was quick, and the results are far better than I expected. I saw the initial results just one day later and was blown away. Now, one month post-op, the swelling and bruising have subsided, and I am thrilled with the outcome. For the first time in my life, I feel confident enough to go to the beach. Accommodation and Aftercare I stayed at the Mercure Hotel and highly recommend staying at a Vanity-partnered hotel. The staff understands you are a post-op patient and treats you with extra care. Having a Vanity in-house nurse visit the hotel room daily (especially in the first 24 hours) was a huge comfort. Plus, since many other guests are also recovering from various procedures, you don't feel self-conscious walking around with bandages or bruising. Final Verdict While surgery is always a big decision with inherent risks, my experience with Vanity was 5-star from start to finish. A special thank you to Sefa and Gozel for looking after me so well. I am so happy I chose them!

My experience was a positive one. The Best Self team was very helpful and promptely answered all my questions. The hospital where I had the surgery was also wow, starting from the services, personnel, food, etc. After returning to the hotel, I was visited daily by a doctor and nurses. Very happy with my mummy makeover. I had an uplift with inplants. 360 tummy tuck with butt lift. A small amount of lipo was taken out and added to my hips to make an hourglass shape. When arriving at the hospital, Gizemnur was there to greet us and translate everything and make sure I was happy with everything before going down to surgery. Dr Koken made sure to talk me through and explain what I needed pre-surgery. After surgery, the hospital staff treated us well. The doctor was doing regular checks on me.
