I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre a week ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. The taxi drivers were very thoughtful and the hotel was superb. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup.

Amazing from start to finish! All the transfers were perfectly on time, the aftercare in the hospital was excellent, and the hotel was lovely. My coordinator Asla and my surgeon Dr. Mehmet were both incredible. Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. They nurses and doctors were very caring and professional, and we also had the services of a young English woman called Jess who was invaluable throughout for her translation skills. Thank you Esnaf!
