I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I travelled from the UK to get chin and jaw liposuction with Dr.Ferhat and the whole experience was amazing I would recommend anyone wanting this procedure to book in with Dr Ferhat! I have previously had this procedure done in Istanbul 3 years ago and it did not work. I also got nerve damage from this and wasn’t able to smile properly for 6 months following, which was my biggest worry about getting the procedure done again. However, I’ve had a completely different experience this time round and I’ve had no issues with nerve damage. My jawline is now defined and I have no saggy skin. It is obvious that Dr Ferhat is very experienced in this procedure and all his staff are very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe in Dr Ferhat's clinic and I am so happy with my results already I’m only 4 days post-op! Also if anyone is thinking of having this procedure but is worried about the pain, don’t be!! It’s totally pain-free just the obvious swelling but worth it! Dr Ferhat and his coordinator speak perfect English so there will be no problems with communication. Thank you to Dr Ferhat and his team I am so happy with my results.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I have been having treatment with Shaan for over a year now, basically over time she has remodelled my face. Sim also treated me for skin tightening, and I've had cheek fillers, lip fillers, and threads to my lower face. They give the ultimate care in their treatments, and all the girls at Aesthetics are lovely, I am so happy with the outcome of my treatments delivered by such an experienced team, thank you Shaan especially.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Having spent years smoking my face had aged terribly and I approached Dr Oudit to ask his advice. My face lift surgery was excellent and I was then given CO2 Laser by Dr Oudit to sort out my skin. It has taken 10 years off me I keep looking in the mirror and can't believe how fresh I look. Thank you Mr Oudit you have been amazing.

I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.

I went to 2bBeautiful for Breast Implants 21/10/2023. I am only a 8 days post op and I am absolutely delighted with how they have turned out. Jackie couldn’t have done anymore for me if she tried. She even spent her day off at the clinic with me while I had my surgery, this I am very grateful as I was doing it on my own in a different country. Nick the surgeon is amazing at what he does also. Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.
