She has been supporting me for several years, and she is always my first choice whenever I consider plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments, or even need medical recommendations in other specialities—for both myself and my husband. This trust comes from her excellent follow-up care. She is always available to answer our questions with attentive and thoughtful listening. I would especially highlight her ability to simplify and clarify complex topics, making us feel informed and confident in every decision. We were also very pleased with the clinic itself. I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

I booked in with Jules for fillers and plasma skin tightening, as she came highly recommended through a friend. On arrival, I felt very comfortable as every precaution was taken regarding Covid rules. I first went to Bernie in 2019 for multiple skin treatments for Rosacea, which thankfully cleared up. I followed up again in 2026 after being abroad and relocating, requesting a skin consultation. I have received a scalp treatment as well as micro needling. The results are amazing. I am looking forward to a second micro needling session. Bernie is very approachable and professional and shares a lot of knowledge around skin and scalp care. She is also available afterwards for any further queries and can forward pictures along with your questions, and she responds very quickly. I will continue to return to Bernie for further treatments as needed.

I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.
