I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. Unfortunately, I could not remember each member of staff name that I had the pleasure of meeting, but you are all absolutely phenomenal. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

I went for a treatment for a wart on my hand. The staff of Thornhill Clinic are friendly and sincere. They are very helpful in providing me with all the information needed to be awarded and the expected result. They dedicated me to support anything I needed.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Sam. After years of discomfort and embarrassment due to phimosis, I finally decided to get it resolved via circumcision. Like most men, the idea of having that type of surgery was worrying, to say the least, but I could not have chosen a better clinic to go to. From the initial consultation, Dr. Sam gave me incredible advice, outlining the various options and outcomes, and provided all of the important information that I needed to make my decision. He made every step completely straightforward and was on hand for any and all questions that I had before and after the procedure. Naturally, on the day of the surgery, I was quite nervous, but I had no reason to be. The procedure was 100% pain-free, and I was sitting up having coffee before I knew it! (Great coffee by the way!). I'm 2 weeks post-op, and the recovery has been a breeze. I have already recommended Dr. Sam to a few other people who are looking to have the same procedure done, and will continue to recommend him due to the amazing results and professionalism of all the staff. You've given me back my confidence, Dr. Sam, and I cannot thank you enough!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Dr Makrygiorgis is professional, friendly and caring! Such an experienced plastic surgeon! I met him for a breast augmentation procedure. I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

The best decision of my life. I have been preparing for plastic surgery for a long time and I am very happy I chose this clinic. From the first minute, the service was first class. My manager, who helped me throughout the whole trip, was very sincere and friendly. Even though I had a problem with a rescheduled flight and I was afraid that the surgery would be cancelled, the clinic managed to handle it perfectly. The clinic is new (or at least it seems that way) and offers a lot of privacy. I am looking forward to being fully healed and being able to fit into my swimsuit again. Lots of love, Dia.
