I want to thank Ebru, who made my whole experience a walk in the park.

My experience was amazing, I can't fault them.
Ebru was always available to answer all my questions, even the silly ones, hahaha. She made me feel safe, and she made everything seem so easy. The surgery was a success.
I look amazing.
Am back in the UK and am still receiving after care from Ebru, she even made me a lovely diet plan.

My coordinator, Ebru Aytekin, was so professional i her work from start to finish, explained everything to me. Transfers from the airport to the hotel to the clinic to the hospital are all first-class service. transfer hotel hospital clinic immaculately clean staff super friendly couldn't fault my experience at all. Ebru was at the end of the phone all the time making sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed as i travelled on my own for the surgery .she was there with all the way and im so greatful to her she explained everything to me at clinic and hospital and was on phone straight after my surgery friend for life and because of her im planning to go back next year for more surgery my whole experience was fantastic my surgeon Cem was also very understanding about what i wanted to achieve and he explained everything that he thought was possible to achieve and he did just that im thrilled with my result so far im only 2 weeks post opp and things are looking great. My name is Sandie from uk, I did a lot of research and I ended up going with JFS Clinic in Izmir. I'm so glad I did. Ebru was amazing when giving me all the information before my treatment, I have a breast uplift with inplant removal, kaan who meet me at hotel was amazing he took me to all check up etc if I needed anything he was at the end of the phone, ebru was so good she made me feel safe at quite a scary time, she was so amazing, what can I say my surgeon onur enver yilmaz he was the best I felt so safe with him I had a few problems with my blood flow which he picked up on and sorted everything out,I will definitely be going back to him if I have anymore surgery,I'm so happy with the results already. 4 weeks after, thank u again all at jfs

Dr.Onur gave me my life back. A skilled magician 🎩. I travelled from Australia alone with no doubt in my mind I had made an informed decision and the right one. I had a truly exceptional experience with JFS Clinic in Izmir and could not be more grateful for the care and service I received. From the outset, the communication was seamless. Illy who communicated with me via WhatsApp, was incredibly supportive, always available, and checked in regularly with kindness and professionalism that made me feel so well looked after, even from a distance.

The logistics were also exceptional: luxury transportation for all journeys during my time in Turkey and the hotel arranged by JFS Clinic was clean , comfortable, and well-located as well as fantastic staff.

If I HAD to pick one tiny negative, it would be that the hotel didn’t have a pool. However , to be honest, I was far too busy recovering in bed and this didn’t affect me at all. The only person slightly disappointed was my friend who came along to help me , who packed a swimsuit with high hopes of relaxing on a lilo by the pool!

This experience has not only given me physical results I’m thrilled with, but it has also been emotionally reassuring thanks to the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire JFS team. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic procedures abroad with complete peace of mind. I traveled from Dublin to Izmir to undergo surgery with JFS Clinic, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

From the very beginning, Ebru was incredibly patient and professional. She answered every question I had, followed up with me consistently, and guided me through everything I didn’t even think to ask. I never once felt pressured — only supported.
After the surgery (I had three procedures in one day), I was honestly very nervous, especially being alone. But Ebru was there every step of the way, offering emotional support, practical help, and detailed information that kept me calm and confident. She truly made me feel like I wasn’t alone.

I travelled to Izmir, Turkey on 12th May 2025 and had my surgery on 13th May. I had an extensive thigh and lower buttock lift, alongside a breast lift. From the moment I arrived and even now that I have returned to the UK, the care I have received from JFS Clinic has been outstanding. I undertook a lot of research to identify who I wanted to conduct my surgery and narrowed it down to 3 clinics, which included Dr Onur Evren Yılmaz at JFS. Out of the 3 clinics, the coordinator at JFS was exceptional. Her name is Illy, she provided me with a video call and thoroughly answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, even when she needed to go away and consult with Dr Onur. Illy was one of the reasons I chose to book with JFS.

Dr Onur Evren Yılmaz was my surgeon, and I met with him the day before my surgery so he could discuss what my expectations were and complete some preliminary markups on my body. He, too, was very thorough and explained everything. The surgery went well,l and I saw Dr Onur 3 more times after my surgery, where he assessed my wounds and changed my dressings.

I am very pleased with the results so far. It is still early days, but I am healing well and have had no issues. Illy continues to check in on my progress via video call and WhatsApp regularly.

Everything about my surgery experience has been positive, from Illy to the hospital/hotel staff, my surgeon, Dr Onur and Mr Kaa, who was my companion, I cannot recommend JFS enough!

Amazing 24/7 communication and support as needed was provided with a professional interpreter (Kaan) upon every consultation. Kaan was also on call for Support if needed. My whole experience was trouble and worry-free as it was all planned out by the team, who both Ebru and Kaan kept me well informed.

Well, well, where do I start? I’m speechless. I’m one of those old-school thinkers who believed you only get treatment where you live, but 1000% — that thought of mine was wrong, especially now being in Turkey, Izmir, and having treatment in this clinic. I was definitely blown away. The service, the care in hospital, during and after the surgery — I don’t have words to explain. It was sooooooo amazing.

I had a few nurses taking care of me, which I’ve never experienced in the UK — ever. I’m a mother and have even been in a UK private hospital once, but it was nowhere near the treatment I got here. I was extremely lucky to have two people beside me almost 90% of the time: Ebrew and Kaan, the young fellow. I just feel like I made a new family there, rather than just receiving medical care.

These two people reached out to care for me beyond their jobs. I have a few people lined up, and hopefully we’ll be back in the same clinic again — but this time, it’ll be my sister’s journey. I absolutely, blindly trust the doctor, the caregivers, and, amazingly, Ebrew and Kaan. Forever in my heart. 💕
