I travelled from Australia to Turkey to have my procedures. From first contact with Ebru to the initial consultation then further on to the aftercare, cannot be faulted. Amazing 24/7 communication and support as needed was provided with a professional interpreter (Kaan) upon every consultation. Kaan was also on call for Support if needed. My whole experience was trouble and worry-free as it was all planned out by the team, who both Ebru and Kaan kept me well informed. I spent many, many months researching, studying and talking to various clinics. I settled on Klinik Europe because of the genuine care they offered. He knew exactly what he was going to do and how it would look. The team keeps in touch after surgery and continues to support and answer any questions. I am now 3 months post surgery and the results are absolutely superb! Perfect!! There was a lot of tummy to take and thankfully they took it! My breasts are the breasts of dreams! Not only has this clinic given me my confidence back, but it also has everything you are looking for; value, care, professionalism, skills, patience but most importantly medical excellence. I recently had bilateral otoplasty with the plastic surgeon at Beautiful Beings. The initial consultation and follow up were at the Beautiful Beings clinic just outside Hull and the surgery was at a nearby hospital. The staff at both the clinic and the hospital were very professional and reassuring. Both clinic and hospital were clean and friendly environments. The surgeon was very clear about what would happen during and after the operation and what the result should be. The cost was clearly set out and payment was easy. The surgery was completely pain-free except for the initial anaesthetic injection (which didn't hurt much at all), and the operation was over in 45 mins. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but the recovery was very smooth and pain-free. The result is excellent, exactly what was discussed in the consultation and I'm so happy!

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

Ive had Surgery with Dr Esbry and dental work done here at this clinic, cannot recommend them enough, they listen to the customer and speak very good English. The clinic was very clean.
