I am really happy and impressed by the professional service I received from this clinic. From our arrival at the airport to going back to the airport. My patient coordinator Emre was so kind, patient and welcoming. I had a breast augmentation, lipo and a mini tummy tuck. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions and WhatsApp messages promptly. The clinic is extremely clean and very well managed. My surgeon, Dr Cagatay Omer, was absolutely wonderful. He is kind and patient and gentle and speaks impeccable English. The aftercare and medication was perfect and Dr explained every detail me of the procedure and aftercare. Emre sent me everything in writing in case I missed anything. Just had a hair transplant with Catchlife at the end of July. They were very professional and extremely helpful. Everything was explained in detail, and they made sure I understood everything before going ahead with it. Not once were they pushy with getting money from me. No upfront payment at all. Andreas was a really nice and helpful guy, and was always available on WhatsApp to answer my questions. Doctor Yeliz who performed the transplant has done a great job. She was really helpful and patient, and got me an amazing burger and chips during a break during the operation. No complaints!

I was recommended the Toncic clinic by a friend who had her eyelids and a facelift done there. Her eyelids looked great, very natural. I had wanted mine done for years but was never sure who to trust. I live in London and I wanted the reassurance of being looked after abroad. My friend went alone and had accommodation with a nurse and meals arranged. I went with my daughter as I was having mobility issues. Well, I could not have asked for more. Dr Afet is a truly amazing surgeon. I had breast reduction and lift from size DD to size B+, very big difference, I feel lighter as I had a problem of heavy breast which causes me numbness in my arms and pressure on my neck, since I had the surgery on the 11th of January 2025, the numbness and pain has gone. Dr Afet went above and beyond to give me perfect results, post-operative care was great and very informative. There was always someone available to answer any queries at any time. The transfer was made perfectly and the driver was very polite, patient and always on time. I would highly recommend this team to anyone thinking of having a similar or any surgery with her, she has the hands of an angel Masha’Allah. I didn’t bruise that much and I didn’t feel any pain after the procedure. I also look back now and wish I had all of my surgeries done by Dr Afet. It was great value for money too. I found Dr Afet through the internet and read all previous feedback of people who had surgery here before as I was looking for a female doctor. I’m going back for another procedure; a tummy tuck but Dr Afet advised me to loose weight first for better results. In my eyes it’s the best decision and best recommendation ever. One more thing to describe Dr Afet’s humanity and kindness, Dr Afet went above and beyond her job to help my husband who has difficulty walking as he was using the crutches. She asked him about the problem, he told her that in the UK they told him it’s gout, so she sent him to see an orthopaedic specialist who did a scan and MRI to find out what the real problem was and the doctor found that my husband actually has 3 fractures on his foot and had ruptured his Achilles. I underwent a BBL, breast lift and reduction, and knees liposuction with the Surgery TR team. Their professionalism and support throughout each phase of the treatment were exceptional. Despite travelling from France alone, I felt in good hands and received superior care compared to what I might have had in my home country. The surgery was successful, my breasts look amazing, and the morning after the liposuction, I can already see my abs, although still quite swollen and bruised. Recovery was remarkably smooth, back to my computer the next day, though sleeping remains challenging due to positioning. I have just returned from having refractive lens exchange with Time Travel in Turkey. My experience from the beginning of contacting them has been superb. I spoke to Bushra, who was my contact in Turkey. She was very professional and spoke very good English. We were picked up at the airport and stayed in a nice hotel. My surgeon, Elif, did lots of eye tests on Monday, and I had my surgery on Tuesday. Everyone was very caring and put me at ease. I can highly recommend them. I had two further check-ups that week. All the transportation was included in the price. To sum up, the whole experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Time Travel. I have done this text without glasses, which would not have been possible before.

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too.
