I had a breast lift, implants and rhinoplasty with CatchLife in January. I was originally booked in with another clinic but then I had got in contact with Bathuhan from CatchLife and after speaking to him I changed my provider to catch life. Bathuhan went above and beyond for me in every way. He answered all my questions, gave me advice about travelling to turkey, booked my hotel, all my transport. I'm a nurse in Ireland so I was nervous about the quality of care before I left, my worries were out at ease once I seen the hospital and met the staff. Bathuan organised my pick up from the airport, checked on me when I arrived, organised all my tests in the hospital for the following day and the travel to get to and from. Batuhan visited me every day post op to change my dressing and check on my welfare. His standard of care could not be faulted from his bedside manner to infection prevention and control he made me feel safe and really took care of me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better co ordinator. I forgot my toothpaste going to the hospital and Batuhan organised for someone to bring me some. I couldn't be more grateful for the quality of care and love my results. My only regret is not getting the surgery sooner.

Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. I cannot emphasise enough how highly I recommend Dr. Afet. Before I went in for the surgery, I was still very nervous and anxious because I have really bad anxiety but Dr. Afet answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. We have just recently returned to the UK after having our dental treatment at the Fabris clinic in Antalya Turkey. The treatment we had done was for all 4-on-1 denture implants With Porcelain crowns. We were both apprehensive at the beginning as we have always had dental treatment in the UK. But our only regret is we had not come to this clinic earlier. Our care package included an Interpreter, a Nurse and all transfers too and from the Airport and the clinic. We chose one of the 5-star hotels recommended by the clinic which was outstanding. After the x ray and consultation then your treatment begins, the clinic was managed to a very high standard all the staff were very professional at all times. We now have our beautiful porcelain crowns in and look really impressive. This clinic delivers to a very high standard we would highly recommend this clinic you won't be disappointed. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. I flew to Antalya from the UK, for a rhinoplasty with Dr Hadi Nural, I was very nervous/ stressed at first, but the second I walked into the clinic, I was supported and calmed down by the best team of nurses, translators etc. we were offered refreshments and answered all of questions clearly, so I knew the procedure clearly, which really helped my nerves! Post-surgery - the nasal shape I chose was quite difficult as I am very precise and I would say I’m a stressy person! However Dr Hadi Nural came through!!! He gave me the EXACT shape and nose I wanted. 1000000% recommend for any cosmetic surgery!

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I had upper eyelid surgery and fat transfer to face. I'm 2 weeks post surgery results are amazing. Great value for money and very professional. MR Vadodaria is very honest with me about procedure- no hard sell very talented surgeon and super staff. I'll be back in a few weeks for lower face lift and neck lift. Highly recommend macs clinic.
