I would like to Thank You So Much for everything, to the Global Health and BookingSurgery. My coordinator was amazing and answered all questions and doubts, the support was incredible. Because even though my surgery is done, she made herself available if I need any support. I had such an amazing experience during my stay in the Optimed International Çorlu Hastanesi. I had Dr Ali Tardu as my surgeon and he was amazing, very attentive, and checked on me regularly. I can say that I had fun during my stay. All the staff that worked on the 6th floor, Nurses and Housekeepers that were in contact were amazing, friendly, kind, caring and patient. It felt like home. The only "negative" thing was with the kitchen staff from the hospital, not negative but they were not prepared for people with gluten intolerant and vegan. That was mentioned in advance before I booked the surgery and when I arrived at the hospital. With me it was not a big problem because I was not eating but my friend is gluten intolerant and they kept giving her food with gluten, I mentioned it to the staff and they gave her an alternative but not much. The other negative thing was that they did not understand one of my allergies, I mentioned to my coordinator that I have allergies to latex before I booked the surgery and I also mentioned in the hospital when I arrived, but kept using latex gloves during all stay, the only time that did not used was during the surgery because I see them with the latex free gloves and they kept saying no latex.

I came for a tummy tuck and Vaser Lipo to the inner thighs. Not only was the communication with my coordinator Olivia brilliant but my surgeon Dr Mehmet Ali Korkmaz was wonderful. He listened to me when I expressed I was nervous after a bad experience at a different clinic and talked me through what would happen and recovery. I absolutely love my results, I had no complications and my incision line was so neat! He managed to avoid my favourite tattoo as well which I appreciated! I had lost a lot of weight prior to the surgery hence why I got it despite only being 24, I feel more like myself again than I have in years. I can’t express my gratitude enough!

I booked for surgery with Dr Aykan and went through with the procedure back in March 2025, and honestly, I could not be happier with the clinic that I went to. After lots of research for over a year, I found Dr Aykan and decided to move forward with the surgery I had in mind with him. From the get-go, Şevval, his assistant, helped me with everything and never blinked an eye or got annoyed with all the questions that I had. Super friendly and the sweetest girl, really made me comfortable and like I was speaking to an old friend. When arriving in Turkey, from the beginning to the end, she was there with me every step of the way and helped me with everything from beginning to end (her English is amazing and fluent, btw, if anyone wonders). Dr Aykan was super friendly and welcoming himself (spoke English too), made me feel super safe in his hands and also made sure he introduced himself and spoke to my partner to ease him into what would happen as well. Their nurse, Sidika, was very professional. I met her first in their clinic, and she was the one helping Dr Aykan during the surgery in the hospital, and she took good care of me post-procedure. This being, of course, individual, I personally didn’t experience any health complications post-procedure, and everything went well for me. Now months later, I’m very happy I went through with this and so glad I picked Dr Aykan and his team for this. I would not want to go anywhere else and would definitely go back. 10/10 ! Cygnus Clinic is simply amazing! My husband and I came all the way from Germany 2 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and explained to their surgeon what we wanted- he took the time to listen carefully and then made individualized suggestions on what was best for us. The entire Cygnus Clinic team was amazing, from their medical consultant- who scheduled the procedures to their nurses and health coordinator- who coordinated our care during are our stay in Istanbul. The procedure went very smoothly and we are writing this 2 weeks post-operation without any complications and can’t wait for the swelling to go down to be able to see the final results, our nose already looks very good. The price was super convenient since it included the surgery, 5-star hotel and transfer, we literally didn’t have to worry about anything! The whole experience has been very pleasant. From the first call to discuss my breast augmentation and lift to post op, Dr Muge was professional, kind, listening and very understanding. Always responsive and the results have been great. Even still a minor touch being assessed, I am very happy with the surgery; nice scars, and I am glad Dr Muge had a good judgement on deciding the implant size. Two months after my tummy tuck, I’m still amazed by the results. My stomach is so much flatter and firmer—it’s better than I ever could’ve imagined! I finally feel confident wearing fitted clothes again. my surgeon was so attentive and made sure all my questions were answered both before and after the surgery. Vuslat and Zoe were always available, making the process so much easier for me. Even Orhan checked in a couple of times to make sure I was doing okay. The scars are already fading, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re thinking about a tummy tuck, just do it—you won’t regret it!

The communication from making initial enquiries to the aftercare has been excellent and very accommodating for my hair transplant.
