I had my gastric sleeve fitted through booking surgery in Istanbul. Every member of staff was so caring, helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I definitely chose the right place to have the surgery and cannot recommend booking surgery enough.

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

Cygnus Clinic is simply amazing! My husband and I came all the way from Germany 2 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and explained to their surgeon what we wanted- he took the time to listen carefully and then made individualized suggestions on what was best for us. The entire Cygnus Clinic team was amazing, from their medical consultant- who scheduled the procedures to their nurses and health coordinator- who coordinated our care during are our stay in Istanbul. The procedure went very smoothly and we are writing this 2 weeks post-operation without any complications and can’t wait for the swelling to go down to be able to see the final results, our nose already looks very good. The price was super convenient since it included the surgery, 5-star hotel and transfer, we literally didn’t have to worry about anything! From the very beginning, I was treated like a princess. Before the operation, I met several specialists — a cardiologist, a lung doctor, and others — to ensure everything was safe. After surgery, I had zero pain, only a bit of nausea from the anaesthesia. That same evening, I was already feeling well. The hospital room looked like a luxury hotel, and the nurses were incredibly caring — I accidentally pressed the call button once, and they were in my room within seconds. Dr. Ustun came to check on me personally every morning. I stayed a few days at the hospital and then returned to my hotel. I felt so good that I flew back home to Canada two days earlier than planned, and the next day I was already back at work full-time, completely pain-free. Two weeks later, I had already lost 10 pounds. The whole experience has been very pleasant. From the first call to discuss my breast augmentation and lift to post op, Dr Muge was professional, kind, listening and very understanding. Always responsive and the results have been great. Even still a minor touch being assessed, I am very happy with the surgery; nice scars, and I am glad Dr Muge had a good judgement on deciding the implant size. So I had a gastric sleeve operation in June last year by Dr Mehmet and his team, I started first class, and from start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were unbelievable, and the hospital was immaculately clean the checks and tests they gave you before even thinking about the surgery were surreal. The doctor and his assistant were constantly checking to see how everything was, I was sceptical about going to another country and getting it done but am I glad I did it. Since June I'm down over 9st it's changed my life for the better.
