I had a facelift eye lift and neck lift. They were so professional and have kept in touch with me to give me advice on creams to use and how long to wear the facial support to get the best outcome. Would highly recommend it.

I had my gastric sleeve fitted through booking surgery in Istanbul. Every member of staff was so caring, helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I definitely chose the right place to have the surgery and cannot recommend booking surgery enough.

Thank you to everyone involved in my care! ☺️ I went over in November 2024 for a Gastric sleeve and Hiatus Hernia Repair with my mum as my companion, we both felt so looked after and safe from beginning to end! Getting picked up from the airport, and arriving at the hospital, the hospital was very clean as well as my room, The hospitality staff brought my Mums meals three times a day and were always smiley. You arrive to the ward and all the nurses are so welcoming, you have so many tests before the surgery the day of arrival/morning of which is so reassuring! Alsi, who was my coordinator from AYT clinic I cannot recommend enough! From enquiring to the day of flying, all my questions were answered quickly and were informative. Nothing was ever to much and she’d sit down with my and Mum to answer anything. Meeting my surgeon Dr Turkay Belen the next day, he was very smiley and was happy to answer any questions, the surgery went well and was out before we thought I would be. The only bit of feedback I do have, getting the pain under control before coming back from theatre and onto the ward. But saying this, my pain management and care throughout my recovery at the hospital was amazing! Considering there was a language barrier at times, with a bit of Google Translate, nothing was an issue. Thank you all again so much, you are all amazing!

Amazed at the level of care and hospitality given by Irem and those at the hospital. Am shocked at how efficient everything was and no time was wasted between the procedures and seeing the Dr. Everyone was extremely helpful and Irem was with us every step of the way and took tremendous care of us. She took care of everything for us. From the endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, blood tests, and pharmacy visit she was with us every step of the way and even recommended shops near our hotel to purchase food and the diet needed for these procedures. She is a gem. The hospital was immaculate.

Now I lovingly refer to him as “my Üstün.” He’s not only incredibly skilled and competent, but also deeply compassionate — he truly cares about his patients’ emotions and inner peace. When I was taken into the operating room, he asked me what kind of music I liked. He played that music, we took a photo together, and the whole process started in such a warm, positive, and cheerful atmosphere that I instantly forgot about fear. We were talking, laughing… and I fell asleep so peacefully that I didn’t even notice when. On the third day after surgery, I had a bit of a psychological crisis — I felt weak and found it hard to walk, and I became emotional. That’s when Dr. Üstün told me a sentence I will never forget: “This is exactly what we wanted — your body is in shock because you stopped feeding it, and that’s exactly what both of us aimed for.” Those words calmed me instantly and gave me so much strength that the very next day I walked 6 kilometers. Not only that — during the following nine days, I walked all around Istanbul on foot! This kind of attitude — professionalism, empathy, and genuine humanity — gives a patient real hope and courage.
