I am from Australia and all I can say is it’s outstanding service, I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Picked up from the airport and straight to the blood test. One thing I really liked was when they took my blood test they halted and delayed the surgery date due to my CRP levels being too high (not sure what that meant but it wasn’t good for me) then after deeper examination, they made sure it was no threat to my body at all and then they proceeded to perform the surgery once it was all safe. The staff were all professional and very helpful and caring. My aftercare person Gizem was really helpful and guided me after my surgery, even though I would message her after business hours she would still reply quickly and help me out. She is very attentive and would provide me with all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend Vanity to all my friends and family for a smooth and comfortable process.

From my first contact with Jacob, everything was explained clearly, including communication and setting realistic expectations. I booked my flight and provided a copy so they could arrange my pickup, which went smoothly as well. Upon arrival, I was taken directly to the hospital, where I stayed for 4 days before moving to a hotel for two. They took photos, conducted blood tests, an ECG, and other necessary preparations. Although my surgery took a bit longer than expected, I was able to communicate with home via WhatsApp in the evenings. My room was very clean with its own bathroom, and the staff were all awesome. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they promptly tried to fix it, and I managed by leaving the door and window open. I underwent arm lift surgery and saddle liposuction because I didn't want bra bulges. I chose this clinic because they suggested addressing my arms first due to my lymphedema issues, which was reassuring compared to horror stories I've heard where clinics agree to everything without caution. I received good pain relief, food, bottled water, and juice cartons. The value was good, and I had plenty of check-ups. The night before my departure, I received a prescription, conveniently located a few doors down, and was taken to the airport the next morning. The hotel was fine, and I even managed a trip to the nearby mall by taxi, which was relaxing. When I inquired about having my legs done, they advised waiting 8 to 10 months, which was sensible. Adele provided aftercare instructions, including when to remove dressings, and assured me of their availability for any needs. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. I plan to return for further treatment.

I found Dr. Tolga on Instagram and really liked his work so I decided to have him as my doctor for nose surgery. I contacted many doctors but I found Dr Tolga better than them all. He was really good at explaining the whole process when I first time contacted him on WhatsApp. The first time when I went for the first appointment I really liked how intelligent he is, was really good at explaining and listened to me carefully about how I want my nose to look like. I liked the assistant Gulsum so much she was such a great girl and helped us so much. I want to thank Dr Tolga and Gulsum so much for everything. I am really happy with the result and love my nose.

Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. I liaised with Kara from start to finish she was fantastic and super helpful. Recommend Dr Burak, he has a great bedside manner and made me feel at ease immediately.

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

If I HAD to pick one tiny negative, it would be that the hotel didn’t have a pool. However , to be honest, I was far too busy recovering in bed and this didn’t affect me at all. The only person slightly disappointed was my friend who came along to help me , who packed a swimsuit with high hopes of relaxing on a lilo by the pool! This experience has not only given me physical results I’m thrilled with, but it has also been emotionally reassuring thanks to the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire JFS team. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic procedures abroad with complete peace of mind. From my very first video consultation to the in-person meeting, the surgery itself, and all of the post-operative appointments, he consistently demonstrated genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. As a naturally nervous and uncertain patient, his calm and reassuring manner meant the world to me and truly put me at ease throughout the entire process. During surgery, it became clear that the procedure was going to be more complex than initially expected. My predicted surgery time was around four hours, but once surgery began, Dr. Çağatay discovered that I had a deviated septum and missing cartilage in my ears. Despite these unexpected challenges, he showed remarkable dedication — carefully and meticulously completing the surgery to ensure both a healthy and aesthetically outstanding result, all without charging any additional cost for the extra work involved. Due to the increased complexity, Dr. Çağatay also requested that I stay an additional night in my private hospital suite under nurse supervision, purely as a precaution to ensure no post-surgery issues occurred — and if they did, they could be swiftly and professionally handled. Once again, this extended care was provided at no extra cost, reflecting his genuine commitment to his patients’ safety and well-being. A special thank you also goes to Aliya, my incredible patient coordinator, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was really nervous having surgery abroad but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses was lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything.
