I recently had surgery with Dr Ümran Muslu, I was so nervous before I went of the unknown, what would be the results and being in a different country every doubt or feeling nervous was gone as soon as I arrived. I couldn’t thank enough Aktif Hospital Dr Ümran, Monica, Salina and all the hospital staff from the nurses to the security and driver, they were all amazing, so reassuring and lovely. Monica thank you personally for holding my hand through it all and reassuring me, going above and beyond anything I ever needed to be done again. I did rhinoplasty and I’m very happy with the result! Dr.Güray Yeşiladalı is a very kind doctor. In the beginning, I was afraid of the operation. But after I talked to him, I wasn’t anymore. Everything was well organized. The assistent Nur, was very kind. I could talk to her all the time. I appreciate Dr.Güray Yeşiladalı work and want to thank him very much! Also a big thank you to the whole vanity team.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant to travel so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with her responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organised and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!

Besonders möchte ich Hülya hervorheben, die mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts liebevoll und aufmerksam umsorgt hat. Sie spricht perfekt Deutsch und hat mir mit ihrer herzlichen und empathischen Art ein Gefühl der Geborgenheit vermittelt. Als ob ich sie schon lange kenne. Hülya ist eine wahre Powerfrau mit einem großen Herzen und ganz viel Liebe. An dieser Stelle, eine Umarmung an meine Schwester Hülya. Bleib bitte so wie du bist. 😘 Dr. Erdem Can Yardimci (Spezialist für Adipositaschirurgie) ebenfalls außergewöhnlich. Jeden Morgen kam er vorbei, um sich nach meinem Befinden zu erkundigen – eine Geste, die mir unglaublich viel bedeutet hat. Ich weiß von anderen Patienten, die in DE oder woanders operiert wurden und mir erzählt haben, dass sie ihren Arzt am Anfang mal gesehen haben und danach nicht mehr. Um so schöner, dass Dr. Erdem Can Yardimci nicht so ist und sich wirklich für seine Patienten interessiert. Er ist nicht nur äußerst kompetent und fürsorglich, sondern auch sehr sympathisch, witzig und meine Damen er ist zudem gutaussehend und durchtrainiert 🔥🔥🔥😋 So im Bett liegend von so einem Arzt betreut zu werden - herrlich oder? 😉 Spaß bei Seite: Seine professionelle und freundliche Art hat mir viel Vertrauen und Sicherheit gegeben. Im Gegenteil: Die Menschen sind so liebenswürdig und herzlich, dass ich mich sofort willkommen gefühlt habe. Viele sprechen Englisch und selbst wenn es mal mit Hand und Fuß ging, hat man sich auch mal mit Blicken verstanden. Ich hätte am liebsten alle nochmals herzlich umarmt. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Auch mein Fahrer Oğuzhan und sein Kollege, einfach das gesamte Krankenhauspersonal waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Behandlungen waren erstklassig, jeder ein wahrer Experte auf seinem Gebiet. Auch nach der OP wurde ich hervorragend umsorgt und betreut. Had my Mommy Makeover surgery with Dr. Bali on 26/03. My whole experience was incredible from start to finish. Dr Bali is such a caring, kind person. I felt so reassured and felt very safe in his hands. I definitely chose the right surgeon - I 100% recommend him. My husband also felt very at ease and Dr Bali included him in all conversations. I flew over to Turkey with health in December for a gastric bypass for acid reflux. I was met at the airport by the transfer and taken to the hotel then picked up and taken for tests they were so thorough. The next day I met my surgeon he was lovely and had my operation. The surgeon was hands-on he came to see me and asked how I was doing many times. My English-speaking coordinator was beyond perfect he couldn't have done more this company is a 5-star from me

I had a great experience at Fidel Clinic. From, Yassine the point of contact to the rest of the professionals including the doctor that performed the hair transplant. I felt well looked after and at ease.

There are very few clinics left that you can trust. One of them is JFS. I congratulate the founder, doctors, and employees for their ethical behaviour. Many of my friends had surgery in Turkey. I was going to give up going when I heard about their bad experiences. Later, I made my decision with courage. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Izmir is wonderful, sunny weather, sea. After the surgery, I said that I wanted to take a tour of the Virgin Mary in Ephesus. They organised it immediately. Thank you for everything.

10/10 experience from my perspective. What made it great- The English speaking liaison was great. She wouldn’t let me lift a finger and was essential in translation and was always there we I needed and gave me privacy when I needed that too. The doctor and staff that they are partnered with are clearly well trained and experienced. The accommodations at Corner Hotel was amazing also. I had great ocean views, free buffet breakfast. The boardwalk is amazing to walk with ample restaurants. The communication was appropriate and nothing was missed including transportation and medication.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Amazing company, family recommended this company after they came here for treatment previously and I seen their results. From the moment I got in contact with the care coordinator I felt at ease, we were in constant contact with each other and she was always available to answer any questions I had. When we arrived at the airport an amazing gentleman was there to greet us and take us to the hotel, he spoke very good English, when we arrived at the hospital we were taken to our room and then had all the tests done. The next day I went to theatre where I had a 360 tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift and implants, the surgeons were available to answer all my questions before my surgery which put me at ease, they came to check up on me everyday. All the nurses and doctors were amazing during our stay and couldn’t do enough for us they go above and beyond to accommodate us. I love the results from my surgery they truly are amazing and I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to get surgery done.
