Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough.

I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

Honestly, I am so happy I went with Nisantasi. Dr. Onur and Marwa were exactly who I needed to put me at ease. They did regular follow checks helped facilitate everything. Great hospital would definitely recommend.

The entire process was easy. Communication via WhatsApp with the doctor and his team was great. They replied really quickly to any questions or queries. The balloon insertion procedure went well. Quick process. I feel I was given all the information I needed for post-installation recovery.

I had the Medsil gastric balloon procedure, Dr Onur was very welcoming and gave a detailed explanation of the procedure and was quick to answer any of my questions and concerns. Inserting the balloon only took 15 minutes and the procedure went very smoothly with minimal side effects (nausea, vomiting). All of the staff are very friendly and caring especially Merve the nutritionist who guided me with a good nutrition plan and any information I needed for the whole 6 months, which greatly helped with my weight loss results. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone considering a gastric balloon.

I was 120 kg and I came to visit Dr Onur in Nisantasi hospital he advises was to make gastrectomy sleeve and I did the surgery by Dr Onur and his wonderful team in 27th of August 2020.

The services in the hospital were amazing throwout the journey of treatment and everything that they did to me was wonderful. Now I reached to 84 kg by 6 months and I'm so happy about that and i'm still followed up by wonderful Dr Onur and his wonderful assistant Marwa the checked with me from time to time.

I had gastric sleeve surgery, Dr. Onur Pesluk was great, everything was explained and great care and attention were taken. Before the operation, many tests( blood tests, gastroscopy, cardiologic examination) are performed to ensure you are well for the operation

The hospital is very clean, modern and comfortable. The nurses and staff are hard-working, sometimes the language is a problem especially at night time when you are alone with a nurse, but usually, everything was understood and they do everything to make you comfortable.

Very good place and good staff who took very good care of me and till now follow up with patients all the time. I recommend it. Thank you Dr Onur peşluk and also to his staffs.

At Nisantasi Obesity Clinic, I got the best service I could. They informed me about different types of balloons and I chose the swallowable one. I was very worried about nausea, but the medication they gave worked very well and it only lasted one day. The clinic was at a very good location, easy to find and the staff were equally welcoming and informative.
