Ebru was at the end of the phone all the time making sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed as i travelled on my own for the surgery .she was there with all the way and im so greatful to her she explained everything to me at clinic and hospital and was on phone straight after my surgery friend for life and because of her im planning to go back next year for more surgery my whole experience was fantastic my surgeon Cem was also very understanding about what i wanted to achieve and he explained everything that he thought was possible to achieve and he did just that im thrilled with my result so far im only 2 weeks post opp and things are looking great. I had Vaser lipo and Aragon plasma done. I’m 4 weeks post-op op and I’m already happy with the results. Dr. Köken is accurate, kind and calm. His coordinator is fantastic, she is just amazing, and she will answer all your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Köken.

I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. From the very first step, I was surrounded by care. The receptionists are incredibly professional, the doctors are true magicians and masters of their craft, and the nurses provided exceptional care at the highest level. Regrettably, I don't know everyone by name, but I want to say a huge thank you to the entire staff for their warmth, support, and for making my post-operative recovery so comfortable. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

Gynecomastia played with me for years! I’m glad it has been removed. Cost including flights was about 2,400. I have a slight issue but unsure if it was due the compression vest or the surgery but I have a slight dimple in my chest now, would rather that than the lump, however still only 5 weeks post op.
