In May 2026, I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Piniara and buccal fat removal with Dr. Velimvasakis at Antiagers and I had a wonderful experience as well as fantastic results. I can confirm that they are both incredible physicians, surgeons, and artists. From the very first consultation till the last follow-up appointment, they were professional, welcoming, and great at communicating and answering all my concerns. I felt comfortable going into surgery from both a medical/safety as well as an aesthetic standpoint. I wanted a more defined facial appearance while still looking natural, and my results exceeded my expectations. Before surgery, I had breathing problems from my left nostril due to a deviated septum, enlarged turbinate, and unsupported tip, and all the issues were addressed during surgery. Within two weeks postop I was able to breathe better through my left nostril than before surgery. Furthermore, my nose looks much more balanced with my face, and the buccal fat removal gave my jawline and cheek area a sharper, more masculine definition without looking excessive. Although recovery can vary widely among patients, mine was fortunately much easier than I expected, and the clinic staff and physicians were always available to answer my questions and check on my progress.
