I started making enquiries at the end of July 2024 for the Gynecomastia and booked in at the start of August. Treatment cost just over £3100. My coordinator (Mari) was very professional The response and information given to me were accurate and in-depth of the process and treatment. Available dates and estimated pricing were reasonable, although they do charge a 8% fee if you’re not paying in cash. My coordinator was always in contact with me throughout the process even after the surgery which put me at ease. There wasn’t much of a language barrier when communicating with my coordinator and they were easy to talk to in person, which makes the whole process smooth. (Communication in English) Any technical questions about the surgery and recovery were forwarded onto the surgeon and then communicated back to me within a couple of hours. Overall would recommend enquiring about it.

From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. Everything went perfectly! I was so surprised by the food at the hospital; I’ve never had better in a clinic! I am incredibly grateful for my entire experience with Setur Health for my hair transplant. I received everything they promised—and more! Such welcoming people, so professional—just PERFECT! I’m writing this 8 days later, and I can already see the success of my hair transplant. Everything went smoothly without any issues!

Dr Raj is terrific, his demeanour immediately puts you at ease. Today was my second visit to this beautiful, clean and friendly clinic. After another very thorough consultation, medical history and giving consent my treatment commenced. I had Face tite with liposuction followed by Morpheus 8. Although the treatment sounded a little scary I didn’t feel any pain, the anaesthetic made sure of that. I can’t recommend Dr Raj enough. Nothing was too much trouble and his cheeky smile is a bonus.

Breast reduction surgery- from the start I felt I was in professional hands, Dr. Omar Quaba explained everything in detail, I felt listened and despite Covid they did everything in their power to schedule my surgery without a long delay. The results are brilliant, I healed no problem and I feel like a new person. I would recommend Dr Quaba to anyone who considers breast reduction surgery! Thank you.

I recently had some extensive dental work done by Dr Kole and her team; 4 teeth replaced and veneers. I am so pleased with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. I'm not a fan of dentists but I would highly recommend this practice, they were patient, understanding and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.

I attended the Allmedica clinic in March 2024 for liposuction and a tummy tuck. I have to say the service that I received was second to none. Let me be clear, we added to our package the all-inclusive option so we were escorted through the whole process by our 'host' Oskar - from pick up at the airport, to drop off afterwards. The treatment itself was done exceedingly professionally, yet personal. The clinic in Nowy Targ (Poland) is very small and I was the only person staying there overnight - I had my own nurse on duty who monitored me throughout. There were no language problems - many could speak some English, we had the 'host' who spoke perfect English and there was always Google Translate! There were many pre-tests that I wouldn't have even thought of; blood tests were done in the comfort of the hotel room; dressing changes were also done in the hotel bedroom and Oskar also organised for the lymphatic drainage masseur to attend me at the hotel. Prior to the operation the surgeon discussed options with me and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I felt very comfortable with his expertise. I am writing this 3 weeks after the operation, and can honestly say that I am ecstatic with the results. Thank you to all involved in providing this treatment. I would (and have) recommended others to you.

Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

I just had my nose job at dermolife clinic and I am highly satisfied with the results. The operation was successfully performed by Dr.Raniero Orsini and I cannot thank him enough because he made my biggest dream come true.Also Dr.Anisa , Dr.Shqipe , the nurse Klaudia and the receptionist girls were all really kind and they carefully provided me with all the information and details that I needed before surgery.

I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.
