I am so thankful that I found Dr Ebru Unal after searching for weeks. Despite the differences in time zone, she provided fast and very timely responses. She took the time necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns in a thorough manner. I did not feel like she was rushing me in any way throughout this process. She did great working with my schedule as well. I made it there on the 26th; met her on the 27th and had all of my pre-op lab work done, and then had my surgery (Vaginoplasty and fat transfer) on the 28th. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. I did not feel nervous or anxious, and she made sure the recovery process was as comfortable as a surgical recovery could be. I also had my first treatment for wrinkles and Profhilo injections done by Dr Ebru and am loving the results! Her professionalism and care are top of the line. I am very pleased and satisfied with her work.

I had my gastric sleeve operation last December 2022. The whole thing went incredibly well. Sevim was very supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Her priority is to see the patient doing well. Since the operation, I'm still loosing weight however I’m feeling healthier, stronger and happier already. I already lost 15kgs in all. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital did a superb job! The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the whole stay and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. All staff are so kind-hearted, caring and helpful. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk, his team and this hospital for anyone considering this particular surgery. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

After being put off by poor communication and a 'cookie cutter' approach at some Thai clinics I was impressed with the professional response from the IM Gender Clinic, including a video consult with the surgeon who actually did the proceedure, the talented Dr Labanca who answered all my fears and questions. The clinic experience itself was very good. The staff is all caring, reassuring and competent. The stay for vaginoplasty is a full week under the care of the wonderful nurses, ensuring I was able to walk and care for myself before leaving - important when one is alone and away from home. The recommended accommodation is a short stroll away, and perfect for further recovery and post surgical surgeon visits.10 weeks on the aftercare continues by videolink. I am happy with my results, healing is mainly complete, and I am getting on with life again. Highly recommended.

Everything from my initial free consultation, through my treatment and aftercare for a small growth on my head and a brown mole on the side of my forehead was absolutely fantastic. Dr Benitez was thorough and sensitive to my needs and so very professional, the operations that she carried out were exceptional. The general care at Dr Benitez's clinic was something I have not experienced before. Caring and professional from the very beginning with aftercare that was so very good. A particular mention has to go to her nurse and her colleagues who were so very friendly, wonderful!! I cannot thank the ladies enough for their care and kindness.

I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles.
