Well my journey isn’t quite over but thought I’d share my experience so far! All the staff at vanity have been great and really do their best for you! From patient co-ordinators, customer experience experts, surgeons and even transport staff have all been so kind and helpful and work with you to get the outcome you desire! I would recommend vanity for cosmetic surgery if this is a route you are considering! I came with a friend and my partner and I would highly recommend you bring someone with you for support and company when back at the hotel! Enes and Aleyna in particular have been fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for their help and support! My surgeon Dr Mehmet-Faith has been really caring and I feel he has gone out of his way to make sure everything is ok which again I’m so grateful for! Thank you Vanity cosmetic surgery hospital!!

I finally relented & allowed my teenage daughter to book rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Atsal and worried about it in the months leading up. I need not have worried the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dr Atsal’s entire team were so helpful, contactable & very responsive 24/7 even still now we are back home in the UK 2 weeks later and they are monitoring weekly how her nose recovers. Whilst in Istanbul we always felt safe;- the hospital was very clean & the care my daughter received from the nursing staff was very good after surgery. I would recommend downloading a translation app which I found very useful when communicating with the nurses. We stayed at G Hotel, again no problems it is a great place to recuperate. Dr Atsal’s team arranged our transfers from the airport, to/from hospital. We always had the same driver and lovely little private minibus which was great the driver was always friendly & courteous. Dr Atsal is very skilled & knowledgeable and we immediately felt we could put our trust in him and his team. The necessary medication was provided & explained to us when my daughter was discharged from the hospital. The morning of the day we flew home we visited Dr Atsal & the team again at the hospital for dressings to be removed and were given clear guidance on what we need to do to aid the recovery process. So far my daughter is happy with the results of her rhinoplasty surgery and is looking forward to seeing the final result in a few month's time. Dr Atsal’s & his team are a brilliant group who work together to provide their patients with safe surgery and strive to provide the cosmetic results the patient wants. Everything they said would happen did happen & I would recommend Dr Atsal for anyone considering this type of surgery.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

Hello, I was there. I had surgery 4 days ago (stomach reduction). Everything is going well, even though I don't speak the language, I was received and treated very well by the very competent and friendly nursing staff. Not to forget the many doctors and surgeons! The hospital is very clean and organized! And don't forget my lovely German translator (Hülya), who is always ready to help with whatever is needed! Thank you all.

I’ve been wanting to enhance my breast size since college. I am a curvy size 4 but my breast size never seemed proportional. I consulted with 5 different surgeons and finally decided to take the leap. I am so grateful to Dr. Ragıp and the entire Medhera Health Clinic team for such a smooth process. He was the kindest surgeon and answered all my questions with confidence and logic, while also displaying a humility that I didn’t find anywhere else. I decided on 385 cc high profile silicone gummy Natrelle implants. They look just perfect on my frame. I’m 5’5 125 lbs. 32B. Originally I was thinking 310 cc but I’m so glad I chose bigger! If you are in between a range, choose the bigger one. The surgery was short and without issues. The first few days have been painful, but by day 5 I’m off pain meds. I’m using an orthopaedic pillow to sleep on my back. I hit the gym for mild cardio. I’ve had help to walk my dog. I’m not lifting anything heavy. I’m so excited about my decision and cannot wait to heal. This is the single biggest investment I’ve ever done in myself outside of education and I’m feeling AMAZING. I have an incredibly challenging life and this has been a true blessing. Only good things to come!!!

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

I am just over 3 months post-op and already so pleased with the results. My main issue was a deviated septum - which after getting my cast removed, I could see my nose was straight! My recovery couldn’t have been easier - I had very slight swelling peaking day 3 or so but no pain or bruising whatsoever- I didn’t need any pain medication that was prescribed. The doctor explained everything in great detail, including the risks and also the use of rib cartilage which we did proceed with, never feeling pressured to make decisions, but giving his honest opinion on what would be best for me. I selected Maxx Clinic for my Mummy Makeover after researching several clinics. They had very good reviews and were very prompt and efficient in responding to queries and concerns. They gave a a couple of different surgeons to consider and I did my research and selected Dr Deniz Ozgur Sucu. Sude was our rep from arrival, she was incredibly welcoming, spoke perfect English and found out the answer to any questions I had. After my surgery, I had a bit of a panic and was worried as one of my drains had fallen out. After a phone call to Sude, she was by my side within half an hour… speaking to the surgeon and nurses to alleviate any of my fears. The surgery went very smoothly, my surgeon was incredibly professional and was able to guide me, make recommendations and manage my expectations. The hospital was clean and the nurses were good, they didn’t speak much English but we managed to communicate ok. My partner stayed with me in the room for 3 nights. The hospital isn’t as modern as some I have seen but it was clean and comfortable. The food was ok. Maxx Clinic also organised our hotel which we moved to on day 4 - it was superb, the staff couldn’t do enough it was spotless and the food was divine. On returning home, the care didn’t stop… I had regular check-ins from the clinic. I had a concern about one of my breasts as it was healing a bit slower but I was able to send pictures to the surgeon and he was able to recommend what to do to manage the wound which healed fine. Almost 12 weeks on from my surgery I am delighted with my results, I wish I had done it years ago. My scars are so small and neat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maxx Clinic and especially my surgeon to anyone considering surgery.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

I had Facial feminisation surgery in May 2021 and Professor Stajcic is nothing short of magical with the results he has given me. My natural femininity has been allowed to shine through to its full potential and he listened carefully to my requests and made suggestions of his own to ensure I got the best results possible. I have next to no visible scarring and am ecstatic with my result.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
