At first I wasn’t sure about doing it in another country, but they were able to make the process a really great experience from start to finish. Special thanks to Emre my patient coordinator who was very kind and provided excellent daily assistance through my week in Istanbul, and also to Dr. Anil and his team who are very skilled and who gave me the exact results I was looking for. The hotel they provided was great, and all the transfers with their private drivers went smoothly and as planned. Don’t hesitate to trust them for any procedure, you won’t regret it.

Superhappy with the result of my surgery (rhinoplasty) Ebru, my salesperson was very friendly and competent the whole way through, always replying on WhatsApp immediately. She will answer all questions you may have and in my case found and appointment for the surgery very quickly within two months. The clinic provided the transfer between airport, hotel and the hospital and a translator for the English communication. Ebru (my sales and contactperson), Kaan (my translator) and Op. Dr. Hünkar Batıkhan (my surgeon) all did a great job and I cannot recommend JFS clinic highly enough! 👍

I would like to start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Çağatay, the amazing surgeon who performed my rhinoplasty and otoplasty. From my very first video consultation to the in-person meeting, the surgery itself, and all of the post-operative appointments, he consistently demonstrated genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. As a naturally nervous and uncertain patient, his calm and reassuring manner meant the world to me and truly put me at ease throughout the entire process. During surgery, it became clear that the procedure was going to be more complex than initially expected. My predicted surgery time was around four hours, but once surgery began, Dr. Çağatay discovered that I had a deviated septum and missing cartilage in my ears. Despite these unexpected challenges, he showed remarkable dedication — carefully and meticulously completing the surgery to ensure both a healthy and aesthetically outstanding result, all without charging any additional cost for the extra work involved. Due to the increased complexity, Dr. Çağatay also requested that I stay an additional night in my private hospital suite under nurse supervision, purely as a precaution to ensure no post-surgery issues occurred — and if they did, they could be swiftly and professionally handled. Once again, this extended care was provided at no extra cost, reflecting his genuine commitment to his patients’ safety and well-being. A special thank you also goes to Aliya, my incredible patient coordinator, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her excellent English, friendly personality, and deep knowledge of every aspect of the process made me feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. Travelling from England to Turkey for surgery was initially a daunting experience, but any worries I had quickly disappeared thanks to Dr. Çağatay, Aliya, and the wonderful team of nurses who ensured my comfort and care throughout my hospital stay. Prof. Stajcic and the nurses at the clinic are especially careful, kind, and professional. I had a chondrolaryngoplasty. I was especially really worried about possible damage to vocal cords, but Prof. Stajcic was really calm about it and explained that there is no substantial risk. My Adam's apple was huge, and I was cautioned that even after surgery,y there will be a slight bulge, and so it is, but still the pointy, obviously male part is gone, and my dysphoria has gotten way better. I had a quick and easy recovery, and three months later, only a thin pink line is left at the incision site, which I am treating with ointments. Even months later, Prof. Stajcic messaged me to ask whether everything was fine. He is a kind man with a sense of humour. For whoever chooses this clinic, I have to warn you that it is on the last floor of a residential building, which gives a scary impression at first. However, after entering, the clinic itself is clean and very well-equipped, and the staff is very professional. Being in Eastern Europe, prices are much more affordable than in Western countries, while the quality does not seem to be any less. Last but not least, any surgery is a risk, and as a trans person myself, I want to urge all people to only undergo surgeries they are sure about. I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
