From my first contact with Clinica JUNO, my experience was confidence-building. The staff responded immediately to my email and a consultation was promptly scheduled.

The day of my first consultation was professional and encouraging. Inês and Taynã are very welcoming and reassuring.

My consultation with Dr. Júlio Matias was professional, thorough, and realistic. He made me feel instantly at ease.

My surgery was performed at the Clinica Cirúrgica de Carcavelos The entire staff, from the floor nurses and assistants to the surgical team (including Dr.Tatiana) was suburb.

My subsequent follow up consultations with Dr, Júlio have been excellent. I am very happy with my results. Dr. Júlio is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but a compassionate and empathetic man.

My experience with the Juno Clinic has been a 10 out of 10 from start to finish. From the first consultation to the final lymphatic massage seven weeks after my surgery. Dr. Júlio Matias is attentive, incredibly skilled in his assessments, meticulous, professional, and clear. The massage therapist, also incredibly skilled, along with everyone else working at the clinic, is very friendly and genuinely cares about the patients. We made an appointment with Doctor Julio for our eyes surgery from New York Since our appointment was online base on Public Reviews we were a bit doubtful if we are in right place.

But as soon as we entered in the front Reception the young beautiful receptionists greeted us with exceptional friendly. We just felt relaxed and confident.

Our Surgery was done successfully except Daisy had very painful during surgery we thought the local anesthesia helps numb totally but somehow it didn’t much.Today is 6th day since our surgery.our eyes looking better as expected.

The whole place including the surgery rooms front desk are super clean. The whole Teams are exceptionally friendly.

I’ve been extremely happy with my entire treatment and healing process. Dr. Matias and his team have been fantastic from my very first visit to the clinic all the way through to four months post-operation. When I arrived at the clinic I was so impressed with the personal service I experienced, I was greated warmly and made to feel Very welcome. The lady on reception had amazing customer service this is very rare to find these days..

I was greeted by the Doctor who immediately made me feel comfortable about what I thought to be an embarrassing procedure.. The Doctor treated me like a friend in a professional way. I absolutely knew I was in the best hands.. after my consultation I was taken into a surgical room where there was 2 other staff members, I'm sorry but I don't remember their names..but wow they treated me with total respect and dignity. They really put my every need first.

The procedure started, I felt no pain, no uncomfortable feelings.. The procedure was over.

I am a healthcare provider and a medical specialist. This review is straightforward: - easy and prompt first scheduling; excellent advice and technical strategy.
The procedure: perfect clinical setting. Whatever technical procedure is being performed (here a blepharoplasty), it is in the end not only the surgical procedure but the surgical skills of the individual physician that makes a procedure a real success - and it was a success. Very careful, individualized pre-OP planning - one of the hallmarks of an excellent plastic surgeon. Great surgical team who performed the procedure, I like to mention here Dr. Tatiana Gigante. The surgery: was technically impeccable, very detailed - and had excellent caring staff.

I can vouch for my colleague. He would run for sure one of the top clinics in the US if he would practise there. Natural and excellent result. Endorsement and recommendation without any hesitation. I would refer any family member or colleague to Dr. Matias and his team.
