I'd been researching getting a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) abroad for over a year and had been in contact with practically every agency going for Turkey. However, I decided to go with Catch Life, Antalya and it was just the best decision I've made. You will pay more than some of the cheaper options located there but in terms of quality and service this is definitely value for money. The beautiful Veronica was my main contact. She took care of everything, was always contactable 24/7 and relieved my pre-trip, justified anxiety greatly by doing all the planning and logistics. All I had to do was to book my flights and it's happening! The super-cute Ezgi met me at the airport with a very helpful driver and she was just full of charm, knowledge and vibes. We went straight to a clinic and then a private hospital for pre-operation tests/scans/xray, then back to hotel. The next morning I was picked up by a smiling driver and the lovely Stephanie and brought to the hospital. She was so fabulous at mending any language barriers. There I met Dr Onur Oğan and the nurses who'd be looking after me. Now I know why Catch Life is more expensive, the Drs and hospitals they use are 5 star and legends in their fields - I've reviewed them seperately due to the amazing experience I had. I just love my new figure and it all went without a single complication. Next day the ever-helpful Mari collected me from the hospital, took care of everything for discharge and dropped me off at the hotel. Every day they checked in with me and communicated any concerns etc I had to the Dr who promptly responded with advice. Because I had been stuck recovering in a hotel room for days alone, the company unexpectantly had a driver free for 2 hours so sent him & the wonderful nurse/assistant Ertan to take me shopping to Old Town. Ertan was an absolute gentleman and a gem to spend time with. This little extra touch from Catch Life really lifted my spirits as they knew I was feeling a bit low. Honestly, it meant so much to me and I'll always cherish that. After a successful check-up with Dr Oğan it was time for Catch Life to take me to the airport. My experience with this company was so good that leaving Antalya was an emotional one for me. I cannot recommend Catch Life enough! My only advice, please don't try to haggle the price down. You will get what you pay for and when it comes to Catch Life, this is quality value for money and then some. They take all the pressure off you to allow you to enjoy the experience and focus on your surgery. Don't gamble with your health for the sake of a few pounds, you are worth every penny. It was definitely the best choice I made, from the moment I arrived the team was waiting for me at the airport and then we went to the hotel and I liked the hotel very much. Then, the next day, we went to the dental clinic, where I did the process of cleaning and whitening the teeth, then three teeth were implanted, and I returned two months later to complete the dental implants. I did Emax for all the teeth, and the result was impressive. Throughout the treatment phase, Olivia never left us, and the coordinator Ozhan was always on time with us in all my transfers between the airport, the hotel, and the dental center. I can say that it was a wonderful experience by all standards. I really got back the smile I always dreamed of. The team is very professional and friendly indeed. The company car is clean and very spacious, I just felt comfortable in everything. The aftercare was excellent with Olivia, she is always available for the support.

From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. Everything went perfectly! I was so surprised by the food at the hospital; I’ve never had better in a clinic! I am incredibly grateful for my entire experience with Setur Health for my hair transplant. I received everything they promised—and more! Such welcoming people, so professional—just PERFECT! I’m writing this 8 days later, and I can already see the success of my hair transplant. Everything went smoothly without any issues!

I travelled alone from the UK, to have my operation on 5 June 2024. I was scheduled to have a long-awaited breast reduction and a TT with 360 lipo. However Dr Houtan was wonderful, he decided after seeing me in person and due to the additional weight I’d lost since my consultation, that I would be better suited with a 360 TT and a breast reduction. He discussed all the options and made sure I was happy with the decision to go ahead. I had about 15lbs of skin removed and couldn’t be happier with changes. It was a big change going from 34GG to a 32C/D and it was an emotional journey as well as a physical one, but the NewMe team were wonderful and supportive and Eren was so helpful, making himself available to answer all of my questions. The aftercare was excellent, I was checked by Dr Houtan everyday until I was discharged - I had a bag of aftercare products including oral antibiotics, antibiotic spray and cream, steroid-infused silicone tape (to use at 4wk PO) and compression garments to aid recovery. On the 4th day PO I was discharged and taken to the 5* Porto Bello hotel and spa. The hotel was beautiful and in an ideal location. I had an enormous corner deluxe room on the first floor with dual aspects overlooking the pool, entrainment area, the sea and the play area. The hotel staff were attentive and used to dealing with PO patients, the food at the hotel is varied and well done, I would definitely recommend. As a mum of 3, when I got home, I overdid it and some of the stitches along my old C-section line opened up. Eren and Irmak were brilliant once again, my photos were referred them back to Dr Houtan, and together they reassured me that no permanent damage had been done and advised accordingly. It’s been great having the team to consult with, that peace of mind has been invaluable. I am now 6 weeks PO and my healing is coming along lovely. The stitching is so neat, Dr Houtan does excellent scar work, the incisions on my breast are almost invisible already. I still have some swelling under my armpits but Dr Houtan and the team assured me that it’s normal and it will eventually all settle down, with time. Everything bar the flights were catered for, by the NewMe team. I flew with Tui and had assisted travel on the way home (I would recommend doing this too) I have already recommended some of my friends to the team and look forward to seeing their journey with NewMe.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

Lisa is a fantastic surgeon and a lovely person. I am so happy with the results at 7 weeks post-op. I went from GG to D cup. The whole team are just wonderful including Liana her secretary /PA. My breasts are now like nothing I thought would be possible. Thank you so much and I could not recommend Lisa highly enough.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

A month ago my daughter had ear surgery. The result was amazing. My daughter is very happy. Mr Karantonis is very talented and have the skills to make great and perfect work. I recommend him with any doubt.

I had upper eyelid surgery to address drooping eyelids. I am very pleased with the outcome. Mr Harley is an excellent surgeon and his PA, Jennie is very helpful.
