I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre 2 weeks ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

I can highly recommend this clinic to you. Everyone is trying to make sure you are doing well and that nothing is missing. Dr. Kutbettin is a surgeon and speaks German. All questions can be discussed with him, without an interpreter. That was the best for me. After the operation, I had no pain or anything else to complain about. Everything is extremely organized and some hospitals here in Germany could follow an example. All preliminary examinations were carried out conscientiously. The agreed price is totally justified. I was at the clinic with my husband and child. We had a large room and were well looked after.

I had Facial feminisation surgery in May 2021 and Professor Stajcic is nothing short of magical with the results he has given me. The first time I met Dr Baris was to have a very large lipoma removed from my shoulder and was so impressed I went back and had a neck lift about 6 months later. He is brilliant! Three weeks ago I returned and had liposuction and a tummy tuck revision I should have done years ago. To say I am thrilled with all of the work would be an understatement. I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.
