What an amazing experience ! It all started when I contacted Catchlife enquiring about a breast uplift and reduction. Veronica was my main contact and she was brilliant, always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions. I arrived in Turkey and was picked up at the airport and brought to the hospital for checks. Two days later I had my surgery.I was picked up by Mari a beautiful young lady who was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me in everyway possible. I met with Dr Onur Ogan, who explained everything - what a lovely man he was. I was then down for surgery. The hospital was great and comfortable, I even had a flat screen Tv not like we have in England 😂. I stayed a night in the hospital and then was discharged. The team were always on the other side of the phone. The day before I was due to go home I went to see the nurse and I was fit to fly. It sounds so straight forward but it really is. It's no different to having it done in England. Turkey is beautiful and the people I met along my journey were friendly, kind and beautiful ❤️ I couldn't recommend catch life enough. Perfect experience and I have the boobs I've always wanted. Even now I'm back in England all I do is message Veronica and she is always happy to help. On 1st August 2024, i had two skin removal procedures (Tummy tuck and thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with HappyYou. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and intinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient co-ordinator ro translate at appointments. The communication between myself to HappyYou and happyyou to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with HappyYou again.

Dr. Afet is wonderful! I had a number of treatments with her including surgical scar revisions of old scars, facial filler treatments and jaw muscle relaxants, and every time it was a great experience with beautiful results. Her work is exceptional and she is very detail oriented. What also makes a difference is that Dr. Afet is very patient, professional and extraordinarily thorough. Her assistant and the whole team are courteous and friendly, speak very good English and make you feel well taken care of. I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

I want to tell people how good the hospital was for my facial surgery. (Face & neck lift, upper & lower eyelids, lip lift) It is a proper hospital with many departments, treating local people, not just people having cosmetic/plastic surgery. My room was large and spotlessly clean. The surgeon was immensely experienced and the patient coordinator made everything run smoothly and I felt understood. The hospital manager is very caring and took time to see me and other patients. He put me in touch with other British patients so I didn't feel alone. I had 2 post release check ups too and all my medications were sorted out. 👍 It cost a third of what it would have in the UK. Do not worry about using this hospital.
