Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. I had a great experience with my breast augmentation surgery. Dr Afet and her team answered all my questions in the lead up to the surgery. Everything was organised well (such as car transfers & translator at the hospital) and communication was clear & I always received quick responses. I flew from London for the surgery and her team made me feel at ease with the whole process. Her friendly team checked in with me numerous times post surgery & Dr Afet made me feel calm & assured as I was quite nervous beforehand. The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

I was well received at the hospital and once the preliminary examinations were done, I was operated on the same day. I got a gastric sleeve. Everything went well and I was allowed to get up that same day. I had no pain, the nurses and my doctor, Dr. Kutbettin were always approachable. I can recommend the clinic and Dr. Highly recommend Kutbettin. I would do this route again and again.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

I visited Dr Osadowska clinic for liposuction, two weeks ago, my first visit to Poland. My experience with the clinic and Dr Osadowska was excellent, she was patient and answered all my question, she also asked me what my expectation was, to check they were realistic. Everybody working at the clinic was very professional and nice, especially Arthur the patient coordinator, who is a credit to the clinic. Arthur answered all my questions and concerns prior to my visit and explained the procedure to me. I was very impressed with his level of communication, nothing was too much trouble for him. He also arranged my accommodation and transport, and medical checks on my arrival. I was very impressed on the day of my procedure to see that the clinic had all the latest equipment, very clean and well presented. The treatment from start to finish was excellent, I am very happy with the outcome, it can only get better with time.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.
