I highly recommend this hospital. They are professional and make the whole process so easy to go thru it. Their service is 10/10. I was feeling great before and after surgery with their work and they made me feel so comfortable. My doctor was Kadri Ila and he is so professional (rhinoplasty) I'm so happy with the results. And my contact person was Yavuz which he is perfect for keeping you updated and informed for all the things that you have to know before and after surgery. Happy to choose Vanity because the experience that I had was better than I experienced.

I'm 9 days post-op from having a facelift, neck lift, and upper and lower eye lift surgery with Dr Atsal. The entire process has been exemplary- I was initially contacted by Sia my coordinator who has been in liaison with me throughout the entire process. The hotel is superb, Dr. Atsal team are available throughout the hospital and hotel stay. Dr. Atsal was kind, professional and communicative. I went on my own and my only suggestion would be for the marketing to show the before, the recovery as well as the after, if clients allow. I thought my swelling in the first few days was not normal because I hadn't seen the recovery process advertised. but speaking to other clients at the hotel having the same procedure really helped and kept me focused that the recovery was normal. I would recommend Dr. Atsal and his lovely staff

I started making enquiries at the end of July 2024 for the Gynecomastia and booked in at the start of August. Treatment cost just over £3100. My coordinator (Mari) was very professional The response and information given to me were accurate and in-depth of the process and treatment. Available dates and estimated pricing were reasonable, although they do charge a 8% fee if you’re not paying in cash. My coordinator was always in contact with me throughout the process even after the surgery which put me at ease. There wasn’t much of a language barrier when communicating with my coordinator and they were easy to talk to in person, which makes the whole process smooth. (Communication in English) Any technical questions about the surgery and recovery were forwarded onto the surgeon and then communicated back to me within a couple of hours. Overall would recommend enquiring about it.

I had a rhinoplasty and an eyelift I was very comfortable travelling from the UK First time having felt a bit anxious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My nose is a lot better now and my breathing issues are fixed. Didn’t feel any pain. I was comfortable in my hotel room.

I recently had a breast uplift and implants with this company. I was very nervous as I had not had any treatments outside of the UK. However I was treated amazingly. The procedure went very well and nothing was ever a problem. I will be using these again in the future.

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

I want to tell people how good the hospital was for my facial surgery. (Face & neck lift, upper & lower eyelids, lip lift) It is a proper hospital with many departments, treating local people, not just people having cosmetic/plastic surgery. My room was large and spotlessly clean. The surgeon was immensely experienced and the patient coordinator made everything run smoothly and I felt understood. The hospital manager is very caring and took time to see me and other patients. He put me in touch with other British patients so I didn't feel alone. I had 2 post release check ups too and all my medications were sorted out. 👍 It cost a third of what it would have in the UK. Do not worry about using this hospital.

Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. I recommend him for the people who are looking for a decent surgeon who knows what he is doing in the most possible realistic way.

Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was nervous having surgery in another country but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses were lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything. I had an excellent experience with the hair transplant in Turkey. The service was top-notch, and the results were outstanding. I stayed in the hotel in Bodrum, which is an hour drive away from the hospital. They offer a private driver service, so you don’t have to worry about transportation. The whole process took a couple of hours, but you’re required to stay overnight. I was back in the hotel in the early afternoon. For foreigners, I recommend reading about hair transplants and preparing questions in advance. The instructions aren’t always clear enough. Once I returned to the UK, I was able to contact the hospital and ask any further questions. Highly recommended.

Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.
