At first I wasn’t sure about doing it in another country, but they were able to make the process a really great experience from start to finish. Special thanks to Emre my patient coordinator who was very kind and provided excellent daily assistance through my week in Istanbul, and also to Dr. Anil and his team who are very skilled and who gave me the exact results I was looking for. The hotel they provided was great, and all the transfers with their private drivers went smoothly and as planned. Don’t hesitate to trust them for any procedure, you won’t regret it.

My rhinoplasty journey has been tremendous! Dr Kemal and his team is very professional. From consultation to surgery day and post-surgery, everything went smoothly. Travelling from Canada, 10 hours to a foreign country can be absolutely scary, but I didn't feel that way. The Dr. has a medical consultant, his name is Julien. He is very customer-oriented and will never get tired of your questions or queries. Julien works tirelessly to ensure that I am getting the information I need. I felt I made the right decision because Dr Kemal is not about the money; he cares about the results you desire. I chose Dr Kemal because he specialises in rhinoplasty, he's an ENT doctor, young with lots of experience and has the most up-to-date technology to perform the surgery. If you are thinking of getting a rhinoplasty or an ethnic rhinoplasty, I would definitely recommend Dr Kemal 100%. You will definitely get the results you desire. I am very happy with my result! They arrange transport pick up, to and from the airport and for all medical appointments. Everything was easy for me because the doctor's consultant speaks English fluently. Also, check out the packages they offer! Very reasonable. I would definitely go back to Turkey, it's a beautiful country, and I enjoyed my stay there.

Superhappy with the result of my surgery (rhinoplasty) Ebru, my salesperson was very friendly and competent the whole way through, always replying on WhatsApp immediately. She will answer all questions you may have and in my case found and appointment for the surgery very quickly within two months. The clinic provided the transfer between airport, hotel and the hospital and a translator for the English communication. Ebru (my sales and contactperson), Kaan (my translator) and Op. Dr. Hünkar Batıkhan (my surgeon) all did a great job and I cannot recommend JFS clinic highly enough! 👍

I would like to start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Çağatay, the amazing surgeon who performed my rhinoplasty and otoplasty. From my very first video consultation to the in-person meeting, the surgery itself, and all of the post-operative appointments, he consistently demonstrated genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. As a naturally nervous and uncertain patient, his calm and reassuring manner meant the world to me and truly put me at ease throughout the entire process. During surgery, it became clear that the procedure was going to be more complex than initially expected. My predicted surgery time was around four hours, but once surgery began, Dr. Çağatay discovered that I had a deviated septum and missing cartilage in my ears. Despite these unexpected challenges, he showed remarkable dedication — carefully and meticulously completing the surgery to ensure both a healthy and aesthetically outstanding result, all without charging any additional cost for the extra work involved. Due to the increased complexity, Dr. Çağatay also requested that I stay an additional night in my private hospital suite under nurse supervision, purely as a precaution to ensure no post-surgery issues occurred — and if they did, they could be swiftly and professionally handled. Once again, this extended care was provided at no extra cost, reflecting his genuine commitment to his patients’ safety and well-being. A special thank you also goes to Aliya, my incredible patient coordinator, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her excellent English, friendly personality, and deep knowledge of every aspect of the process made me feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. I travelled to İzmir on my own to have a breast lift with implants, so naturally I was nervous, but from the moment I arrived I felt very well looked after. Dr Alper Dervis really listened to what I wanted, and at the same time I trusted his professional judgement completely. I’m so glad I did. I never felt rushed or pressured, and even though I am still early in my recovery, I am already extremely happy with my result. My recovery has honestly been much easier than I expected. Of course there has been some discomfort, but overall it has been very manageable. I was given all the medication, creams and everything else I needed, so I felt well prepared and supported after leaving the hospital. My experience at Medifema Hospital was very positive too. The staff took good care of me before and after surgery and I felt safe throughout my stay. The hotel has also been comfortable and quiet, which has been perfect for resting and recovering. Everything has been very well organised. All my transfers were arranged and the driver has always been on time, so I never had to worry about getting to appointments or back to the hotel. I also have to say how incredibly lucky I feel to have had Nihal throughout this experience. Travelling alone for surgery could have felt overwhelming, but she made such a difference. She has been kind, patient, caring and always there when I needed help, had a question or simply needed reassurance.
