From the moment I walked into his office, I was met with a level of professionalism and calm, considerate warmth that immediately put me at ease. He has a rare ability to listen deeply while also being protective of long-term results. He is realistic in a way that builds trust, guiding patients toward outcomes that will remain beautiful and balanced over time.
Before surgery, I shared three reference photos for each procedure that represented my ideal vision, along with two examples of results I knew I would not be happy with. He studied these with precision and then met me somewhere far more refined, reasonable, and sustainable than my non-surgeon mind could have imagined. As someone who is admittedly idealistic about aesthetics, I was genuinely shocked to find that he outperformed me in my own pursuit of perfection.
I had fractured my nose as a small child and suspected I might have had a deviated septum, though I was never entirely sure. During surgery, Dr. Öner identified and corrected it without me ever having to ask. In addition, I had concerns about my nostrils that I wanted corrected, and he addressed them with exceptional precision. The changes are subtle but transformative—everything is now symmetrical, refined, and completely natural, without any sign of overcorrection. My nose now has proper symmetry again and looks refined yet completely natural from every angle. I can breathe better than I ever remember being able to.
My breast proportions now perfectly match my chest and overall body shape. Nothing feels exaggerated or artificial—everything feels intentional, balanced, and aligned with who I am. For the first time, how I feel on the outside finally matches who I am on the inside.
My healing process has involved a surprisingly low level of pain, which I strongly believe is due to Dr. Öner’s gentle and meticulous surgical technique. To add context, I underwent jaw liposuction, abdominal liposuction, fat transfer to the breasts, breast implants, a breast lift, and rhinoplasty—all performed in a single surgery.
The nursing staff were also exceptionally attentive during my post-operative recovery, consistently checking in on me and ensuring I was comfortable and well cared for at every stage.
Considering the extent of these procedures and the level of care involved, the total cost—approximately €7,500—felt remarkably reasonable. The value of this experience far exceeded my expectations.
I am currently eight days post-op, a stage when many people experience doubt or regret due to swelling and the unfinished nature of healing. I feel none of that. Even now, I know with complete confidence that I could not have chosen a better surgeon.

I had my rhinoplasty at Vanity Clinic and I am super satisfied with the results. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Anil Hismi for his excellent work and professionalism he is a highly skilled surgeon and I am extremely satisfied with my rhinoplasty results. A big thank you as well to my patient coordinator, Murat, who looked after me very well and was always helpful and supportive.

My overall experience was very positive, my nose healed really well, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process. The only small suggestion for improvement would be having more staff with stronger English skills, as communication was occasionally a little awkward. I had a fantastic experience with Gynecomastia Surgery at Vanity with Dr. Mert Sizmaz! The surgery was done under general anaesthesia, and it was surprisingly quick. I’m about a week and a half post-operation now. I’m pain-free and really impressed with the amazing work they did. Would highly recommend Vanity to anyone wanting to get rid of their gynecomastia.

I would like to share my experience as a returning patient of this clinic over the past two years, with the intention of providing balanced and constructive feedback.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the medical care and support provided by the clinical and care coordination staff during my previous visits. However, my experience with the management and administrative side of the clinic has been disappointing.

During my most recent visit, there were repeated communication issues related to scheduling and organisation. Due to a language barrier with my assigned sales coordinator, details of my planned surgeries were frequently misunderstood, and I had to repeatedly clarify the same information. There were also long delays in receiving my contract.

Upon arrival, I experienced several logistical problems, including being taken to the wrong hotel by the driver and later discovering that no hotel reservation had been made for me, despite prior arrangements. This was particularly stressful after a long international journey and ahead of scheduled surgery.

I requested a change in the sales coordinator due to these ongoing communication difficulties. Although I explained my reasons clearly and emphasised how important clear communication is when arranging major surgery and international travel, my request was refused by management without flexibility or consideration.

As a patient who has returned to this clinic for consecutive years, travelled internationally, and invested significant time and financial resources, I felt disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and accommodation from management. While the clinical care itself has been positive. These administrative and management issues have made me reconsider returning in the future.

I hope this feedback helps highlight areas where communication, organisation, and patient relations could be improved for future patients.

I travelled to Turkey for Rhinoplasty at Vanity Cosmetic Hospital on 16th November 2025. Prior to leaving the UK, I received instructions on where the driver will be located once I arrive at Istanbul Airport, who took me to my hotel. I never had to arrange a taxi, a driver from Vanity was always there to take me to and from the hospital and airport.
Upon arrival at the Vanity reception desk, I was greeted by my patient co-ordinator, Murat, an extremely polite and friendly person who spoke good English. I instantly felt at ease. Murat escorted me to my private room and to meet my surgeon, Dr Anil, for a face-to-face consultation. Post surgery, Murat was on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had, he was very quick to respond and happy to help.
When I met Dr Anil, he had a friendly and calm manner. He examined my nose and knew what I wanted done, without me telling him – I had a deviation, which caused a bend in the bridge bone and breathing difficulties and the tip of my nose was too large. He proceeded to take several pictures from different angles and talk to me throughout which made me feel so at ease with him. I was very calm, considering that I would be having surgery in a few hours’ time.
After the surgery, I stayed in the hospital overnight (this is standard procedure) and can only praise the nurses. They were very attentive and helpful, checking on me every few hours to replace my IV fluids, give me pain medication and ensure my comfort. Before being discharged the next day, I was examined to make sure I was okay and given dressings and medications for the week.
Overall, my experience with Vanity Cosmetic Hospital was incredible and I give them the highest recommendation. I am very pleased with the results so far, Dr Anil actioned all the points we discussed during the consultation. Thank you Vanity!

Very beautiful, high-end clinic – from start to finish it was a great experience. My coordinator, Yasemin Akca, was able to help me very well with everything and was always friendly, supportive, and reliable. My surgeon, Dr. Selami Serhat Sirvan, performed my nose surgery, and everything went exactly as planned. I felt well taken care of at all times; everything was perfectly organised and professional.

My experience with Vanity Clinic has been consistently positive. My doctor, Dr. Anıl Hişmi, was very friendly and performed a wonderful nose correction.
