Superhappy with the result of my surgery (rhinoplasty) Ebru, my salesperson was very friendly and competent the whole way through, always replying on WhatsApp immediately. She will answer all questions you may have and in my case found and appointment for the surgery very quickly within two months. The clinic provided the transfer between airport, hotel and the hospital and a translator for the English communication. Ebru (my sales and contactperson), Kaan (my translator) and Op. Dr. Hünkar Batıkhan (my surgeon) all did a great job and I cannot recommend JFS clinic highly enough! 👍

I would like to start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Çağatay, the amazing surgeon who performed my rhinoplasty and otoplasty. From my very first video consultation to the in-person meeting, the surgery itself, and all of the post-operative appointments, he consistently demonstrated genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. As a naturally nervous and uncertain patient, his calm and reassuring manner meant the world to me and truly put me at ease throughout the entire process. During surgery, it became clear that the procedure was going to be more complex than initially expected. My predicted surgery time was around four hours, but once surgery began, Dr. Çağatay discovered that I had a deviated septum and missing cartilage in my ears. Despite these unexpected challenges, he showed remarkable dedication — carefully and meticulously completing the surgery to ensure both a healthy and aesthetically outstanding result, all without charging any additional cost for the extra work involved. Due to the increased complexity, Dr. Çağatay also requested that I stay an additional night in my private hospital suite under nurse supervision, purely as a precaution to ensure no post-surgery issues occurred — and if they did, they could be swiftly and professionally handled. Once again, this extended care was provided at no extra cost, reflecting his genuine commitment to his patients’ safety and well-being. A special thank you also goes to Aliya, my incredible patient coordinator, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her excellent English, friendly personality, and deep knowledge of every aspect of the process made me feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. I recently underwent a mini face-lift procedure by Dr Süleyman Köken, which was one of the best decisions of my life. Not only because the results are absolutely amazing and I could not be happier with my new defined jawline, but also because choosing Dr Süleyman and his brilliant team did not leave any room for disappointment. From the moment I arrived in Izmir, it was a breeze; they handled everything from hotels to transfers and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. His patient coordinator is a diamond; she really goes above and beyond. Dr Süleyman is truly gifted; he understood my concerns and definitely delivered on that. I would recommend him greatly.

Prof. Stajcic and the nurses at the clinic are especially careful, kind, and professional. I had a chondrolaryngoplasty. I was especially really worried about possible damage to vocal cords, but Prof. Stajcic was really calm about it and explained that there is no substantial risk. My Adam's apple was huge, and I was cautioned that even after surgery,y there will be a slight bulge, and so it is, but still the pointy, obviously male part is gone, and my dysphoria has gotten way better. I had a quick and easy recovery, and three months later, only a thin pink line is left at the incision site, which I am treating with ointments. Even months later, Prof. Stajcic messaged me to ask whether everything was fine. He is a kind man with a sense of humour. For whoever chooses this clinic, I have to warn you that it is on the last floor of a residential building, which gives a scary impression at first. However, after entering, the clinic itself is clean and very well-equipped, and the staff is very professional. Being in Eastern Europe, prices are much more affordable than in Western countries, while the quality does not seem to be any less. Last but not least, any surgery is a risk, and as a trans person myself, I want to urge all people to only undergo surgeries they are sure about. However, if you do decide on a tracheal shave, I think you will be in good hands at Prof. Stajcic's. Aleks - November 2025
