I found Mac's clinic I trhough this platform. And from the beginning of contacting them with my inquiry, they have been very welcoming, supportive, and professional. If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!
Having spent years smoking my face had aged terribly and I approached Dr Oudit to ask his advice. My face lift surgery was excellent and I was then given CO2 Laser by Dr Oudit to sort out my skin. It has taken 10 years off me I keep looking in the mirror and can't believe how fresh I look. Thank you Mr Oudit you have been amazing.

I was super anxious as this was my first time under general anaesthetic, but the team at Waterfront Private Hospital were amazing from start to finish. Dr. Will Anderson explained everything clearly and put me at ease from the consultation onwards. On the day, Damien greeted me by name (he’s definitely my “fairy godmother” of the day!) and made me feel welcome straight away. Joanna, my anaesthetist, and Piel in surgery were so friendly and reassuring, which kept me calm. When I woke up, Isabella was by my side, making sure I was comfortable and cared for. Everyone went above and beyond, and despite my anxiety, I felt completely supported. Highly recommend.
