I visited Doctor Gorkem in the Radisson Blu hotel in London for a consultation while he was in the UK recently. We discussed my case, and I decided to go ahead with an endoscopic brow lift and fat injection to the face and hands in Istanbul.

It has now been 12 weeks since the procedure, and I am super pleased with the result. The brow lift has given me a natural, raising up of the eyebrows and has freshened the eye area; however, I am still recovering as the feeling has not fully returned in the scalp area, so I just need a little more time to get back to normal. The fat injections to my hands have given a full, younger effect, and my face now looks fuller and fresher. The temple area is still in the healing process.

I’ve waited 11 weeks before doing a review, as I wanted to see my results to give a true opinion.
I am extremely happy asI received my before and after pictures yesterday and quite shocked at how much more youthful my skin looks. I looked at several clinics in Turkey that were all roughly in the same price bracket. However, Dr Görkem, we were able to see each other face-to-face in London I had rhinoplasty some years back but was never truly happy with my results. I had been to 2 UK-based clinics for their opinion on a revision that was put off by their comment. Dr Görkem made the procedure seem too good to be true after what had been said to me so I was very sceptical. However, I am more than happy with what I’ve ended up with. The after-care alone was completely different, with the aim of a very good recovery. (tissue inside the nose) and long-lasting good effects. My deep Plane facelift has given me a fuller, more youthful face, and I also had a lip lift as I thought the mouth area was looking very old. Obviously, now I have a good set of lips and the lines around my mouth have gone Dr Görkem’s team are beautiful people. They made us feel so very cared for, in particular Gulce, Zaha (sorry for spelling) and Nilsu. Görkem was also very welcoming and they all made us feel that how we felt was very important to them.
We were picked up and driven everywhere by the same Driver, which is nice when you’ve just had an operation and feel conscious the hospital was okay. I found the nurses to be young and slightly inexperienced as we had a little emergency, and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was able to ring Dr Görkem’s team, who immediately attended and sorted out for us. I think the language barrier didn’t help, but thankfully, it’s only two days there and then into the hotel for the rest of the stay.
Having a facelift is something that has changed my life for the better. The day after the Op and the next day are definitely the worst… lack of appetite, some pain and discomfort, but once past those two days, I know I wasn’t going to regret what I had done.
Everyone in the UK sees going into Turkey as slightly taboo, but I 100% believe (from experience) that any future surgeries are now wouldn’t hesitate to go back based on the expertise, care and after-care of this company. I have since recommended two friends, and even after, communication with Gulce has been second to none to the point where she feels like a friend to me.
The added bonus is that Dr Görkem regularly comes to the UK, and I have already seen him once I find this alone very reassuring and was one of the major factors in deciding upon this Clinic. We have not regretted our decision, the pricing was fair and I believe Dr Görkem did more for me than he was supposed to, giving me a full rhinoplasty instead of a revision.

I had the mommy makeover from start to finish the communication has been brilliant. Hudi is my main communication and speaks really good English and still continues to offer support and answer and queries. The communication before treatment, throughout and after has been impeccable. The surgeon was fully informative with me and I am really happy with the results and will be returning for a thigh lift. I would highly recommend using this clinic.

The Best Decision I Ever Made — Outstanding Surgeon & Team
I had my surgery with Dr. Atsall in July, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had A deep plane face & neck lift with upper and lower bleph, my results are breathtaking and I couldn’t be any happier. I have waited to write this review to see how I have healed. Honestly, it’s been life-changing for me.

I told them something about my medical history on the day of surgery (I already had clearance from my cardiologist here in the uk written and signed) and they just wanted their own cardiologist in the hospital to see me first for their own peace of mind- this made me feel extremely safe and showed me how much of a priority their patients safety is, this pushed back my surgery a hour or so but it wasn’t a problem for them I was the only patient of the day and I felt completely relaxed, all of the staff at the hospital were all very attentive and very kind in my opinion.

I am going back to in December for another procedure and I can’t wait! I would recommend without hesitation, if you want phenomenal results with your safety as a priority this is your go to clinic! Aftercare is also incredibly good, it gave me peace of mind to know this surgeon travels to the UK once a month or so to see patients also!

I’d been unhappy with my sagging, full cheeks for years, and after a friend’s recommendation and some research, I decided to have a midface lift with a lateral brow lift at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, and when the doctor entered the room, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I was nervous going into this, but Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team made the experience less intimidating. From day one, I felt seen and taken seriously. I travelled to Istanbul on the 17th of August for surgery at Dr. Görkem Atsal’s clinic, with my procedure taking place on the 19th of August 2025. I had a deep plane facelift, upper and lower eyebrow lift, and a neck lift.

From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. My medical consultant, Sahar, was incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout the entire process. I was met at the airport by a driver who made everything seamless, and from there, every single step was handled with such professionalism and care.
