I'm no stranger to plastic surgery. I've had many procedures done before and was left somewhat unsatisfied with some of my final results. I did thorough research and thankfully stumbled upon Vanity Clinic and Dr Guray. I live in the States, so making the trip to Turkey for plastic surgery seemed somewhat crazy. But let me tell you... I am so very very very thankful I did!!! I trusted my gut. I asked my lovely patient coordinator Aisha and Bahar many, many questions, and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. Meeting Dr Guray was very calming. He was so knowledgeable and very straight forward and let me know exactly what could and couldn't be done. He made my expectations realistic. He's a true artist and is exceptional at what he does. I am very, very lucky to have found him. He fixed my nose, which was deviated and also reduced a turbinate. He dropped my tip and made my nose base less wide. I just got my cast off today, and it already looks a million times better. And it'll only get better from here. Along with my nose, I got a lip lift, an endoscopic face lift, and a fat transfer to my hip dips. I'm ecstatic with all the results. Super happy I took the trip! I feel so much better about my facial symmetry. It's a clear night-and-day difference. He really killed it. Super super grateful for him and all his team.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Guray and the entire team at Vanity. I travelled from the United States for a tummy tuck with muscle repair, and the results have exceeded my expectations. After three children and nine years of breastfeeding, I really wanted to do something for myself and regain some of the confidence I had lost over the years. Dr. Guray gave me exactly that. His work is absolutely beautiful. I have definition in my abdomen that I have never had before, even when I was younger and extremely fit. I am amazed every time I look at the result.

Dr. Guray himself is incredibly kind, warm, and reassuring. I was quite anxious before surgery, and he had such a calming presence that I immediately felt I was in capable hands. He took my concerns seriously, explained everything, and somehow managed to make the whole experience feel much less frightening. And—not that this has anything to do with his surgical abilities—but the man is also incredibly handsome. 😂 Apparently world-class surgical talent wasn’t enough!

His assistant, Bahar, deserves recognition as well. Bahar is very businesslike and very much all business—which, when you are travelling internationally for surgery, is actually exactly what you need. She is organised, efficient, competent, and gets things done. There are a tremendous number of details involved when you’re coordinating surgery in another country, and I always felt that Bahar knew exactly what needed to happen and made sure it happened.

For any Americans considering travelling to Turkey for cosmetic surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend Vanity and Dr. Guray’s team. The experience truly felt VIP from beginning to end: airport pickup, transportation, beautiful modern hotels, included breakfasts, the hospital stay, and all the logistics surrounding surgery and recovery. Having those details handled for you makes an enormous difference when you’re thousands of miles from home.

I had a great experience with Dr. Guray. I am 3.5 weeks post-surgery and very pleased with the results so far. I feel like my outside appearance now more closely matches the age I feel inside. 10000 per cent would go back to have more surgeries done ( next year hopefully) I had upper eyelids done, tummy tuck, Vaser lipo all at the same time. Excellent care before and after, the nicest surgeon you could meet too !! Absolutely no complications at all, both my sisters had surgery too.
