I had a plain facelift 3 years ago by another surgeon who worked at Vanity. I had two further revisions with this surgeon, and each time the same happened, it dropped after 3 months.
I paid for the top surgeon, I got Dr Giray
This had nothing to do with Dr Guray or his team; this was the salesperson who is no longer with the company.
I made an appointment to meet Dr Guray in London to relay my experience and to ask if he could do anything. He agreed to help me. I had the revision 2 weeks ago and can see and feel the difference already.

Don’t waste time with other surgeons, he may be more experienced but he is amazing, if I ever have anything else done, I will 100 per cent go with Dr Guray. 🫶🏼

I’m very happy with the results of my surgery. It’s the first time I haven’t experienced any bruising or swelling afterwards, as this was my third blepharoplasty. The whole process went smoothly, and I’m truly satisfied with the outcome.

About a week ago, I had a combined facial rejuvenation surgery with dear Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı.
It was quite a comprehensive procedure — he literally touched every part of my face except for the nose. Naturally, such a detailed operation can feel a bit intimidating at first, but Dr. Güray’s approach was so sincere and reassuring that I never once felt alone or anxious throughout the process.

Although it’s still very early in my healing journey, I can honestly say that the recovery has been far more comfortable than I expected.
You know those terrifying, overly swollen or bruised faces we often see online? That wasn’t the case for me at all.
Yes, there was some swelling and light bruising, but everything was completely manageable and within normal limits.

In fact, I felt well enough to go outside and run errands on the third day after surgery, which clearly speaks to how delicately and skillfully the operation was performed.

The clinic environment, hospital experience, and the warmth and professionalism of the entire team — all of it was top-notch.
As for the results: I’m just in my first week, so it’s too early to judge the final outcome. But even now, I can clearly see:

My expressions haven’t changed, the essence of my face is still very much “me,” yet it feels like time has been gently rewound.

I’m 48 years old now, but I’m starting to resemble the way I looked in my university years! 😊
Once the swelling fully subsides, I believe something truly beautiful will emerge.

One thing I’m especially thrilled about:
My double chin is gone, and in its place, I now have a defined, aesthetic jawline — I catch myself admiring it constantly!

I had surgery last week. I live on the Anatolian side, it was a great advantage for me to have my surgery close to me. The clinic was in a very central location and easy to reach.
