Mr. Aziz was incredibly friendly and super helpful throughout my experience. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel at ease with his warm and honest demeanour.

He took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped calm my nerves. I appreciated how he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand.

After my upper eyelid blepharoplasty, he showed me the progress that had been made. The difference between my before and after photos was incredible!

I couldn't believe how much more awake and refreshed I looked. Mr. Aziz showed me my before and after photos and it felt great to see the results.

Dr. Aziz is a wonderful Doctor who performed chalazion surgery on my eyelids as I had 2 large bumps (due to blepharitis). He explained the entire procedure beforehand and the risks involved and then the actual surgery only took maybe 10 minutes! My eyes look great and I am so happy!

1. Very thorough in his examinations
2. Communicated medical information to me in terms that were understandable and non-medical
3. Personable - he smiled and was warm. Put my mother and I at ease (unlike some of the other medics I have come across in recent months)
4. Transparent - clearly communicated what he was doing, why and next steps.
