I had a tummy tuck with HD lipo and fat insertion into my hip dips at the start of Feb with Dr Houtan. Results are amazing, coordinators are really helpful and always available for questions and the nurses in the hospital were so kind!! I was extremely nervous about this surgery so didn’t decide to get surgery in Turkey lightly but I am so glad I went to the NewMe clinic and I would go back if I ever wanted any surgery again! I found staying in the hospital for 2 nights and a hotel for 4 nights before flying home to be the perfect amount of time. The surgeon visited every day I was in the hospital and was very reassuring about my progress. Overall would recommend it!

I opted to have Abdominoplasty at the age of 51 after losing a significant amount of weight. I'd actually lost the weight by my mid 20's and was always aware of the excess skin on my tummy. For a number of reasons I opted to wait to have surgery, namely I wanted to have children and finances didn't allow when I was younger. I'd become increasingly aware that no amount of good diet and exercise would make a difference and weight loss only made the appearance of my tummy worse. I'm now 12 months post-surgery and am thrilled with the results. Aside from the huge improvement in appearance and a belly button to be proud of my core feels stronger and clothes fit better. This is obviously a big operation and it takes time to recover so some patience is required. The first weeks and months are hard but I was running again after 12 weeks and now 12 months after surgery the scar is hardly noticeable. Lisa did such an amazing job, I don't think I could have hoped for a better result. Lisa is also very caring and thoughtful, throughout the whole process from initial consultation to 12 month review. She takes a holistic approach and even makes recommendations for example about diet post operation to ensure the best recovery. I found all the staff at the Spire to be caring and efficient, I was really well looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Lisa and the hospital.
