My experience with the clinic was exceptional from beginning to end. The whole team truly makes an effort to help you feel at home, and as a foreigner with limited Spanish, I felt very comfortable being able to speak with the doctor in English. I had my treatment with Dra. Cogorno, and she really took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and to explain everything clearly. Overall, I’m very happy with both the results and the care I received. I would definitely recommend the clinic.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nogueira and my experience with him. From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Nogueira truly listened to my vision and made my dream a reality. The results are beyond perfect—better than I ever imagined. The precision, care, and attention to detail that he brought to my procedure are evident in the stunning results. I am so thrilled with my new look; it has given me a confidence boost that I never thought possible. I’ve had a consultation with Dra. Vega for combined vulvoplasty with chondrolaryngoplasty. This is an unusual combination of procedures, but she was able to be flexible to accommodate my needs. I definitely felt reassured discussing the procedures with her, as she evidently has a lot of experience and showed a lot of compassion and understanding. We talked through the technical side of the procedures, as well as the results and recovery, and she answered all of my questions as we went along. I was also able to look at some pictures of results from previous patients, which really helped to understand what was going to be achievable for me, and I was very impressed with them. Overall, the experience has been really good, and I definitely feel reassured, listened to and understood.

My appointment today was a consultation. The staff were so nice. Especially the lady on reception. Did an ex-Ray and explained exactly what I needed to do going forward. She gave me a breakdown of what it would cost. It was a great experience. Excellent. Linda.

Had Mastectomy Surgery with IM Clinic, It Luxurious experience, totally recommend. Thanks to the amazing nurses team and special thanks to Rosa who followed up with the whole process and of course Dr Maggie, the first time I spoke to the dr and told her about the results I’m looking to achieve she described how she’s going to achieve the results, which was creative and professional, the results exceeded my expectations, exactly how Dr Maggie described, I had no comments! This surgery changed my life, and the experience as a whole, everything including aftercare massages or any surgery-related necessities were included all in one place, surgery went very smooth pain level didn’t exceed 4/10, super clean clinic, sunny rooms, me and my partner’s stay and meals where included so we didn’t have to worry about getting our own and dietary options are provided. Worth to mention the Dr Maggie was really caring about the results and the clinic was flexible with changing my surgery date, thanks to Rosa! Overall amazing experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with the clinic. Cannot recommend enough for the exceptional clinical care. Everything was explained and I was made feel at ease which is very important when having facial surgery. For any future surgery, I know where to go. Dr Birbe is an expert in his area, and not all surgeons are created equal. I am very pleased with the pre and post-op care and my recovery will hopefully go as smoothly as the procedure I had.

Online Consultation Review For transparency, I received this consultation free of charge in return for providing a review. Dr Herrero was warm, kind, and positive throughout the consultation. He answered my questions clearly and came across as supportive and understanding towards trans patients, which made it easier to discuss concerns openly. The language barrier was also helped by Aida translating where needed. My main feedback would be that the consultation was conducted via a handheld mobile phone, which at times made it slightly difficult to focus and understand clearly due to movement and audio quality. Overall, I appreciated Dr Herrero’s openness and willingness to answer questions.

I have not had my surgery yet but the service so far has been excellent. The initial video consultation and the prompt reply to any questions. Ease of communication have been very good.

Gynecomastia played with me for years! I’m glad it has been removed. Cost including flights was about 2,400. I have a slight issue but unsure if it was due the compression vest or the surgery but I have a slight dimple in my chest now, would rather that than the lump, however still only 5 weeks post op.
