The day of my first consultation was professional and encouraging. Inês and Taynã are very welcoming and reassuring. My consultation with Dr. Júlio Matias was professional, thorough, and realistic. He made me feel instantly at ease. My surgery was performed at the Clinica Cirúrgica de Carcavelos The entire staff, from the floor nurses and assistants to the surgical team (including Dr.Tatiana) was suburb. My subsequent follow up consultations with Dr, Júlio have been excellent. I am very happy with my results. Dr. Júlio is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but a compassionate and empathetic man. I highly recommend Clinica JUNO!

My experience has been fantastic. From the very first time I got in contact with Mr Barabas I knew it had to be him. He gave me so much confidence and explained everything about the procedure. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

She is honestly the best doctor and surgeon I have ever found in my life. As a trans woman, I have had appointments with many doctors and surgeons who took advantage of my needs and when I found her, my whole life changed completely. Her work and professionalism has helped me not only in terms of physical appearance but also in terms of mental health and well-being. I will always recommend her and I have no doubts that you will always be satisfied with her. 1000/10!

I used this clinic 10 months ago for a breast uplift but didn’t think about writing a review mainly because very few people know about my surgery. I was very pleased with my first surgery and after losing around 35lbs decided to have a tummy tuck. The consultation is professional and informative and also free of charge so well worth finding out about your options. Dr David is just lovely and puts you at total ease. He has quite a strong accent which is sometimes hard to understand but Jo is always there to fill in any blanks or add more info. Jo has been through the operation herself so talking to her is brilliant as she knows first hand. So I had my TT two weeks ago and it was a very positive experience. The team at the clinic are brilliant so friendly and efficient and before I knew it I was in my room and comfortable. If I said I encountered very little pain you probably won’t believe me but it’s actually true. No pain or discomfort at all from the incision wound. My muscles were pulled and stitched together so I feel some tightness from that but that’s it really. I just wish I’d done it years ago. I’m now very mobile and starting to slowly regain my fitness from two weeks of recovery although I know I have several more weeks to wait before I’m totally recovered. My scar has also surprised me as it’s very thin and not quite as red and angry as I thought it might be. I’m looking forward to that fading as time goes on.

I had a great experience at Thornhill Clinic. The receptionist Jemma was knowledgeable and helpful during my enquiry and arrival. Dr Seth helped to put my mind at ease and didn’t rush my appointment. Great patient manners. I’ll be returning for future services.
