After contacting different clinics I found clinica Juno. My initial email was answered almost immediately answering my questions fully and politely.. The email conversations that followed insured me I had found the right clinic for me. All my concerns was immediately resolved. Thank you. When I arrived at the clinic I was so impressed with the personal service I experienced, I was greated warmly and made to feel Very welcome. The lady on reception had amazing customer service this is very rare to find these days.. I was greeted by the Doctor who immediately made me feel comfortable about what I thought to be an embarrassing procedure.. The Doctor treated me like a friend in a professional way. I absolutely knew I was in the best hands.. after my consultation I was taken into a surgical room where there was 2 other staff members, I'm sorry but I don't remember their names..but wow they treated me with total respect and dignity. They really put my every need first. The procedure started, I felt no pain, no uncomfortable feelings.. The procedure was over. I had done my research into different clinic's and the cost of the treatment and clinica Juno was without doubt the clinic that treated me with respect and amazing customer service. The cost of the treatment was also good value, in a world where every penny is valuable. If you have any concerns about choosing the right clinic let this review be the deciding factor for you.
