I am really impressed with my results. I had both liposuction, a temporal lift, and upper eyelid removal! My healing process is fantastic! I had a really pleasant and caring coordinator who checked on me and made sure I was okay after the operation, his name was Emre! and also after I went home to Denmark! The name of my kiurugi doctor is Cagatay, he will definitely do more on me. The hospital that was included in the price had good food, a breakfast buffet, and good service! ❤️❤️❤️

I was not very satisfied with the result of my breast reduction and the offered kindly to help me with a revision and I expect to get what I want this second time. Only hospital rate is on me, the dr.’s Work is included in the amount I already paid. It is a real guarantee and I am so thankful. From the minute I landed the service was amazing I was collected from the air port taken to my hotel, I was then collected and taken to Batıgöz clinic the clinc was really clean and everyone within the clinic are lovley and welcoming my patient coordinator ERKMAN was amazing from start to finish his English is really really good and he makes the communication really easy and explained every step to me he also made sure my 13 year old daughter was happy and safe for the duration I was in surgery as she was my companion. He also collected and dropped us off with the transfuse driver. My doctor/surgeon was Dr Ismail, who has done an amazing job. I'm only 1 week post op, and my bruising and swelling are very minimal. My overall experience was really good the hotel provided was also really nice were the staff also help with ice packs and eye drops after surgery with room service. I would definitely recommend this company ❤️

I had a breast reduction with Dra. Claudia Frigo at Clinica Planas in June 2026. I absolutely loved my experience, and it was worth it to choose Dra. Frigo and Clinica Planas! I also had an amazing experience coordinating everything and having all my questions answered with my patient coordinator, Kristina. She has always been available for any questions I have, no matter how small! I felt very comfortable throughout the process and pampered with hyperbaric chamber sessions and manual lymphatic drainage massages. The healing process has been smooth and almost painless as well! I highly recommend going to Clinica Planas!

I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

If you are reading this review you are in the same situation I was once upon a time! To decide on where to do one of the biggest and most life-changing surgeries in your life, vaginoplasty! I was in your position once and read about doctors and looked at the results! But as important is the recovery! I ended up in the Im Clinic because of the beautiful results from their webpage and their many reviews of smooth recoveries, but also because of the amazing communication between the patient and the surgeon! You get free consultations before and after surgery to ensure that all questions is answered! I remember I was mindblown after my first consultation, the surgeon told me I didn't ask enough questions and wanted to set up a new consultation to ask more questions before I made my decision! They are not pushing you into choosing the Im Clinic, they rather want you to make an informed decision for what's best for you! I am now 4 months post-op, and I have never been happier! My result has become pretty much as the pictures shown on the website (just a bit more swollen, but this will go down)! The dilation schedule is very easy with 3 dilations daily the first month, then 2 dilations daily the next 2 months and once a day for the next 3 months! I can share that I have started physiotherapy and she was amazed at how natural it looked and how natural it also felt! She has worked 30 years helping women with a tight private part and she could not feel the difference between me and a cis-female! I have never been happier! Dr Labanca and the amazing patient coordinator Rosa have changed my life in ways I never thought possible! They truly are angels in my eyes, for me the impossible has become possible! I can feel like myself after a bit more than 20 years of living in the wrong body! Remember this is not an easy surgery to recover from, so to have a secure network like the Im gender medical team around at my disposal has been crucial for my recovery! I went to the clinic to discuss the possibility of a breast enhancement. I had already visited a number of other specialists in Europe and had not felt 100% confident in the process methods and results. The consultation I had here was really excellent, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and also listened closely to my concerns and requirements. He gave me good feedback about what I could expect and the pros and cons of each type of method available. Dr De Benito also came to check on me, which was quite special. We tried out different breast forms and were happy to test the looks aesthetically. Overall, this was a very positive experience and has given me a lot of confidence to consider going ahead with the team.
