From my first contact with Jacob, everything was explained clearly, including communication and setting realistic expectations. I booked my flight and provided a copy so they could arrange my pickup, which went smoothly as well. Upon arrival, I was taken directly to the hospital, where I stayed for 4 days before moving to a hotel for two. They took photos, conducted blood tests, an ECG, and other necessary preparations. Although my surgery took a bit longer than expected, I was able to communicate with home via WhatsApp in the evenings. My room was very clean with its own bathroom, and the staff were all awesome. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they promptly tried to fix it, and I managed by leaving the door and window open. I underwent arm lift surgery and saddle liposuction because I didn't want bra bulges. I chose this clinic because they suggested addressing my arms first due to my lymphedema issues, which was reassuring compared to horror stories I've heard where clinics agree to everything without caution. I received good pain relief, food, bottled water, and juice cartons. The value was good, and I had plenty of check-ups. The night before my departure, I received a prescription, conveniently located a few doors down, and was taken to the airport the next morning. The hotel was fine, and I even managed a trip to the nearby mall by taxi, which was relaxing. When I inquired about having my legs done, they advised waiting 8 to 10 months, which was sensible. Adele provided aftercare instructions, including when to remove dressings, and assured me of their availability for any needs. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. I plan to return for further treatment.

What a wonderful and caring hospital- especially the ambulance personnel, Dr Yilmaz Capar, the orthopaedic surgeon, and Alyia, who all went above and beyond when I broke my leg on holiday in Antalya. Not only was the medical care excellent, but as I was alone and unable to speak Turkish, Alyia, who often acted as interpreter, arranged for a hotel, transport for post op consultations and even transport to the airport. Both Dr Yilmaz Capar and Alyia provided advice and filled in travel forms even after hours and remained friendly and caring throughout. I was just given a clean bill of health by a top orthopaedic surgeon in South Africa, who advised that my surgery was well done. I wish to express my gratitude, and I recommend this hospital for orthopaedic skill, kindness and competence where the patient's need is placed before all else.

When I arrived with my mother, she also wanted an eye exam, but she has Type 1 diabetes and had always been refused treatment elsewhere. Because Prof. Dr. Murat Öncel is an international expert in diabetic eye conditions, we finally felt safe. After examining her, he confirmed she was suitable for LASIK, and he performed the surgery. The results were incredible — her vision improved so quickly, something we never imagined possible after so many refusals. My own experience was perfect, but my mother’s result made it even more special. If you’re considering LASIK in Turkey, especially with diabetes, this is the doctor you need to see.

The communication from making initial enquiries to the aftercare has been excellent and very accommodating for my hair transplant. I have especially found Sanem and Dr Baytekin very friendly and informative and made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my procedure. The clinic was very clean and immaculate. I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S.
