Simona from Med Royal made the whole process so much easier. She guided me through everything for my surgery at Renome Clinic, always quick to respond and super clear about what was happening at each step. Never felt any pressure from her, which I really appreciated — she just gave me the info and let me decide. She was also really accommodating whenever I had questions or needed something adjusted. The surgery(breast augmentation with fat transfer and lift) itself went great, and the quality of care I got was really good. Can't recommend Simona enough if you're looking for someone to help you through the process!

I had a breast reduction with Dra. Claudia Frigo at Clinica Planas in June 2026. I absolutely loved my experience, and it was worth it to choose Dra. Frigo and Clinica Planas! I also had an amazing experience coordinating everything and having all my questions answered with my patient coordinator, Kristina. She has always been available for any questions I have, no matter how small! I felt very comfortable throughout the process and pampered with hyperbaric chamber sessions and manual lymphatic drainage massages. The healing process has been smooth and almost painless as well! I highly recommend going to Clinica Planas!

I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

I was super anxious as this was my first time under general anaesthetic, but the team at Waterfront Private Hospital were amazing from start to finish. Dr. Will Anderson explained everything clearly and put me at ease from the consultation onwards. On the day, Damien greeted me by name (he’s definitely my “fairy godmother” of the day!) and made me feel welcome straight away. Joanna, my anaesthetist, and Piel in surgery were so friendly and reassuring, which kept me calm. When I woke up, Isabella was by my side, making sure I was comfortable and cared for. Everyone went above and beyond, and despite my anxiety, I felt completely supported. Highly recommend.

I had my eyelids and my mid-face lift done at this clinic in July 2025. It’s been only three and a half months, but I already LOVE the results! Dr.Keiran was fantastic in explaining everything prior to my surgery, which was very important to me to feel comfortable with my decision. The staff was great and the clinic is super clean with lots of light and air. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has decided to do their plastic surgery.

Dr Salman is just wonderful!. It was obvious from the 1st consultation with him, that he's not about the money but the happiness , confidence ,self esteem and great result he can give. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.
