Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.

I have been to Catch Life on two occasions this year. The first was for trifocal lens surgery in July, which was great, and now I no longer have to wear glasses. The treatment was fantastic, and Batu and Mari were amazing. I then returned in October for a facelift, neck lift, and upper and lower eyelid surgery. I am now 6 weeks post-surgery, and the results are fantastic. Mari was always there at the end of the phone, and the team was amazing from the moment I landed. You are taken care of, and nothing is too much trouble. Andread, one of the coordinators, was so kind and so helpful, and a big shout-out to Gilop, our driver. They even took us out for a day of sightseeing—nothing was too much trouble. As for my surgery, Dr. Manav is an amazing surgeon, and I am so pleased with the results. In fact, I’ve already booked to return in May next year for a tummy tuck and arm lift. The cost was great—I could never afford it here in the UK. They are coming to London in January, so if you are thinking of having any treatment, book and go see them!

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was really nervous having surgery abroad but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses was lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything. After having a gastric band fitted ten years ago it became very uncomfortable and I started gaining weight. After having no success with the NHS I was quoted £6200 to go privately in the UK Seeing that I was going on holiday to Turkey in June I called and spoke to Emsal at the Yucelen hospital. She was extremely professional and communicative and said the band could be removed by the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin and suggested I could also have a gastric sleeve. Nearing the end of my holiday I went to the Yucelen hospital to have the band removed and a gastric sleeve procedure. I was greeted and picked up by a driver from the hospital and upon arrival was greeted by Emsal, and other staff members who were very reassuring kind and considerate which put all my anxiety and nerves At ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I underwent the procedure and the aftercare was second to none During my stay at the hospital, I encountered no pain or discomfort and the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin came to see me regularly as well as Emsal who always ensured I was comfortable and being looked after. I would definitely recommend the Yucelen Hospital after my experience they are second to none. I am now looking forward after the money I saved to buy a new wardrobe and being a new me.

I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S. The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.
