I had blepharoplasty done just before Christmas, and I can only say it was excellent. The clinic offers a package deal that includes flights, airport pick-up, blood tests at the clinic, consultations with the surgeon and anaesthetist, constant nursing care, hotel accommodation (200 metres away), surgery, follow-up treatment, an assigned nurse during your stay in case you need anything, transport to the airport and return flights. Everything worked perfectly. As I have had professional dealings with hospitals, I would also like to assess the structure. All the equipment is top-of-the-range, the rooms in the operating theatre have touchless switches, and all this at a very reasonable price. The icing on the cake is that after four weeks, you will be contacted via WhatsApp by your assigned nurse so that they can check on your healing process.

I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

The operation was successfully performed by Dr.Raniero Orsini and I cannot thank him enough because he made my biggest dream come true.Also Dr.Anisa , Dr.Shqipe , the nurse Klaudia and the receptionist girls were all really kind and they carefully provided me with all the information and details that I needed before surgery.

It was absolutely amazing, very natural, and far better than I could have ever imagined. He is an outstanding physician with a true passion for his work and a great respect for his patients. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking excellent results combined with truly human-centred care.
